We had three garage doors replaced complete with weather stripping, and new door openers. The work was completed in six hours. Installation went very smoothly and cleanup was excellent.

Maydone did an outstanding job of repairing our dryer, The service was quick, clean and done very professionally. The replaced the worn rollers and the dryer is no longer squeaking.

After 17 years in our home the kitchen sink was plugged and draining very slowly. Jason came out on a Sunday and in 15 minutes cleaned out the blockage and restored the sink back to normal draining. Thank you Paul

I contacted Victor on 21 Sep for a quote to have security cameras installed at my home. On the 22nd, I received a air photo of my home with a plan showing potential locations for the cameras. This was followed by a site visit to confirm camera locations and go over the installation process. Six Cameras and the Video recording system were installed on 5/6 Oct. The installation was very well done. The cameras were hard wired in and the cables are all out of sight or are encased in PVC piping. Victor did an excellent job of explaining the video recording system and ensured that my wife's IPad and our phones were connected to the recording system so that we can view the cameras at any time from any location. Very happy with the service provided and the peace of mind with a high quality system installed that can retain video images for over 30 days.

I asked Paul for a quote ref cleaning the ducts in Mother in laws condo. Paul did an inspection and advised that I could easily clean them myself. His honestly and advice on how to clean them, saved MiL the cost of cleaning. He did not want payment for the inspection, so I tipped him and his staff. I have used Paul's company twice to clean the ducts at my home. They do an outstanding job and can be trusted to provide with honest advice.

I recently had some windows replaced. Grands Alarms was very quick to respond and reconnect the windows and patio door. They installed a wifi system so the the new windows did not have to have nay holes made in the frames etc for the System. They also upgraded the control panel. Thanks Paul

I recently had the Duct Cleaning Specialists clean my heating ducts and dryer vent. This was the second time I used them since they had initially cleaned everything back in 2014. The big shock to me was what they found in the dryer vet. A bid had nested in the vent and it was blocked. It took Paul about a hour, but he cleaned out the vent. The photo below gives you a very good idea of how was pulled out of the dryer vent due to the nest. I can only guess how lucky we were not to have a fire in the dryer vents. Thanks

The P Trap under my shower was replaced. I opened the ceiling, laid out drop cloth and repaired ceiling, etc. Because I had done the prep work, Gold Medal advised me that they would give a rebate from the normal price. However, today is 5 Sep and the rebate that was promised around 20 Aug has not arrived. My bad for believing I would get a rebate. Paying almost $450 to replace a single P trap is a bit steep. I personally will not use this company again.

Joe from Gas Fix just serviced our Natural Gas Fireplace. He did an excellent job, was extremely polite and explained each step as he worked on the fireplace. The main problem was a poor quality switch that the builder installed. Joe quickly replaced the switch, cleaned the fireplace, and reset logs that had fallen over. He ensured that he covered the floor with a dust blanket and as far I as am concerned he did an outstanding job. I should have had the fireplace serviced a while ago, since we have been for 13 yrs. I would highly recommend Gasfix for your fireplace needs.

We had our ducts and dryer vents cleaned today. Very well done with excellent explanations. Really appreciated the comment that should have the ducts cleaned every 5 yrs not annually.
