We met the Palmer Brothers at the Markham Fair Home Show years ago when we first moved to Markham in 2001. The 1970-built home that we had moved into had the original furnace and did not have an air conditioner. We had them install a new furnace and air conditioner and had them periodically give the furnace a check up before winter. Sixteen years later our air conditioner stopped working and within a day (during quite a heat spell) they replaced it for us. The folks that have come over the years from Palmer Brothers have always been genuine and informative and have made us feel confident with the services they provide. It has been comforting to be able to count on them all these years for services so vital to the maintenance of our home.

Great, efficient and thorough. They came, they insulated and left the place clean. An extra item that had always been an issue in our kitchen was having a range hood that did not vent outside. In addition to the much needed attic insulation, they kindly created the necessary opening to the roof so that we can finally connect and use the range hood properly. We recommend them highly.

We had a wood burning fireplace that we weren't using because of the hassle and mess, yet we really needed to warm up the basement area it was in. The job was tricky but Fred of Cozy Comfort figured it out and sent over two very competent, respectful installers who were considerate and worked diligently, leaving the place clean when completed. We chose a Valor Radiant gas fireplace which was a bit more expensive but we went with it because of the customizable range of heat it provided. Now we have a cozy comfortable basement. Mark (HouseDepot) to the rescue! My dad and brother live in a place that has been slowly falling apart for years. What is wonderful about Mark is that he answers the phone when you call and makes himself available almost immediately. He fixed an unusual leak in a radiator, tidied up all sorts of plumbing in the laundry room and replaced a shower and bathtub fixture that had been leaking for months! It was difficult work but determined to finish in one visit, kept working until after 10pm! His care and determination is so very much appreciated. He refused to leave things unfinished being concerned about leaving the place without being able to turn on the heat. Very compassionate and trustworthy. Thank you Mark.

The approximate cost covers the sum of 3 separate projects spanning almost just over 7 years time. The first project was our front walkway where we were very impressed with the artistry in the design its efficient and elegant implementation. We researched other companies but only Charles of Artistic Impressions did not shy away from recycling the flag stone we had in great quantity on our front property. They were able to reuse it throughout our property in a much more beautiful way than it had been. It was so well put together we had them come back to fix our ugly backyard. Again, super efficient, courteous labourers and a great eye for detail. They are currently working on our property to add to our backyard patio and promise to complete the work in record time. We recommend Artisitic Impressions Landscaping very highly.

Steve of Full Steam has a kind disposition and gentle nature which made him easy to trust with our upholstery and carpet cleaning. He arrived on time and did a great job cleaning couches, rugs and mattresses! Reasonably priced too!

I was so lucky to reach Mark on a Friday afternoon. My brother and father have an old breaker system in there home and are normally reluctant to call professionals, preferring to fix things on their own. A breaker that delivered power to an entire floor was broken and needed replacement. My brother and father were unsure about dealing with an electrical issue. Not being familiar with House Depot, I took a chance on them on behalf of my brother and father, solely based on the many excellent reviews. Mark and I stayed in touch via text and phone so I felt assured the problem was going to be resolved despite the time of day. Mark arrived, took care of the problem with efficiency and charged my brother fairly. Thanks again Mark! We will likely be in touch for more work in the future!
