Our driveway was in bad shape. Our friend recommended York Seal Paving and Asphalt Repairs. They were professional and courteous. The price was competitive and we were very satisfied with the job.
We were overdue for cleaning our air ducts. Looking at home stars, we saw that Cosmopolitan Mechanical services had good review. We called them up and they were very courteous and friendly. They came and did a good job. We are very satisfied.

Clogged drains and sink repairs
We had clogs drains and a leaky faucet. All the problems were fixed quickly and professionally. We were very happy with the work. The service was friendly with both the plumbing technician and the appointment service.
Add pressure treated wood fence
The job was to add a pressure treated wood fence with a privacy lattice in the backyard of my house. They did a decent job and a reasonable price. Overall I was satisfied with the work and would probably recommend them.

These guys replace the shingles on our main roof. It was not a difficult job as our roof does not have many corners or steep angles. After 6 months the shingles at the back of the house began to curl up on windy days. We ask them to look at it. All they did is look at them from afar and said they are fine. When the warm weather settles in they will stick better. Fine. Well a couple of months later, a small section of the shingles actually tore and exposed the wood. I called to ask them to repair it. They said they would come the next day. They did not. I called again and told me someone is on the way. No one came. I called yet again and again. They assured/promised/guaranteed me that someone will be there this evening. No one showed. This is unacceptable customer service, and I would suggest that everyone stay away from these guys.
