I thought my remote was broken. Zack came within 2 hours repaired my fireplace very quickly and I am very satisfied and a happy camper. It was not my remote but I needed a new receiver

Plumber Roy, very informative, friendly and helpful. Problem fixed efficiently and to my complete satisfaction. Loved the fact that he explained exactly what was wrong and let me decide if it should be fixed. Inspected work previously done in house to see if there were other problems. Would call again. Thank you .
