I was looking to replace all of the windows in my 22 year old home. I set up an appointment with Centra Windows and Robin arrived to do a walk thru. Robin provided three written quotes for three options to do the work. I have some large challenging windows. The options were full removal, inserts or a mix of both. I did not want a mix and in the end went with inserts. Shawn completed a full measurement of our windows about a week later and provided an installation date starting June 27 for three days. The crew, Brendan, Omar and Tyler arrived about 10 minutes early and got right to work. They were very professional, organized and worked quietly, by that I mean they were not yelling and shouting like you hear some work crews communicating. Each night they cleaned up the site and updated me on the days work and what they intended to complete the next day. In the end the job was finished early, 2 and a half days. Brendan walked me thru the house and showed me how each window worked and the different features. He asked that I examine each window and screen before signing off on the job. Of note, the screens have no warranty, meaning once the crew leaves any holes are not covered, so make sure you take the time to look at each screen. All of my windows and screens looked great. The next morning my wife commented that she was not awoken by the noisy birds, she means, "singing birds". It has now been almost three weeks with our new windows and we love them, they look great, they function smoothly and the patio door screen is silent when it slides. Following a recent wind storm a piece of soffit came off the house at the highest possible location. I was not prepared to climb that high on my roof so I called Dan at Adanac Roofing. I hired Adanac in June 2015 to replace my roof. Dan sent someone over the next day with a new piece of soffit and installed it. I really appreciated the quick response to my situation. This action is consistent with the service I received during the roof installation last year and I felt I should submit this review to hopefully help others when researching roofing companies. I have recommended Adanac to my other nieghbours and friends. Thanks Dan.

I obtained 3 separate quotes and Adanac came in with the best value for the complete job, plus Adanac replaced the roof of two neighbours 2 years ago and both were very happy with the work. The quote package was complete, easy to follow and covered off all aspects of the job detailing exactly what work would be performed. I was provided a list of past jobs in my area that indicated the color and style of shingle used. This was very helpful selecting a color for our house. The crew were on time, got to work right away and did a complete clean up each day. The roof looks great and all of the ridge and hip caps are straight. We went with the triple layer which has a nice definition. The gutters were installed 3 days after the roof was complete. Again the crew got right to work and were finished early afternoon, which was impressive as I had two outbuildings that were also reroofed and guttered. Dan, my wife and I want to thank you for a great experience and a roof that looks fantasic. Spent sometime researching furnace companies. From the reviews I decided to call Westmount Heating. Laurenzo responded to my quote request within 30 minutes and arranged an appointment time to view my home. I appreciated meeting with the owner, Laurenzo, who listened to what I wanted and then recommended how best to achieve it. Laurenzo returned himself to do the install, this is important because I did not have to worry about the installer not knowing exactly what the job entailed. The work was completed as promised, on time and at the quoted amount. I am very happy with Laurenzo's work and more importantly with my new furance, heat pump and hot water tank.
