We got a few estimates before committing to Adanac. Their quote was similiar to the others, however they were the only ones who showed up in person. Cody arrived to discuss the details and explain the process. Our daughter's roof had been done by Adanac just recently and with a list provided by Cody, we checked out a number of other properties in the area that had roofing completed. Our job started on time. The waste bin and materials were on site and ready to go just after 7:00 with the crew working on the roof by 7:30 as promised. The site was cleaned up each day. It rained intermittently and the roof was protected from the rain so no leaks during the installation or overnight. The job was completed the following day despite the weather being less than ideal. Small but important details like using nails with waterproof gasket to hold down the underlayment.
Great job by the crew. No payment was required until the job was completed. I liked that. I got up on the roof myself after the job and everything was done correctly. I really appreciated that they put small right angle flashing on the corners of the roof so rain is channeled to the gutter and does not run onto the ridge boards.

We are very happy with the service and work provided by Adanac. After contact was initially made with the company a Service Rep (Kurt) was sent to our home for consultation. Kurt was friendly, polite and informative with tile options and estimates, providing details of the installation process. We appreciated that the company appeared to be committed to good customer service and client satisfaction; there was no pressure to make an immediate decision as we had told Kurt we were getting estimates. We decided to go with Adanac as their pricing was reasonable and competitive with other companies.

Frank (lead hand) + crew(2) were friendly, professional and completed the job in a couple of days leaving the site clean. Franks provided me with updates and answered any questions I had about the installation process. The garbage bin was picked up in a timely manner so that we could use the driveway. Kurt made arrangements after completion to pick up cheque payment at our convenience.

I recommend Adanac for anyone looking for a company who provides excellent customer service/communication and reasonable roofing options.

Called Adanac for a quote on a leaking skylight. Turned out to be a bent flashing causing the leak. They repaired the flashing and resealed around it at no charge. Very professional. Would highly recommend this company to my friends. Would not hesitate to use them in the future.

Love our new roof! Work involved removing cedar shingles and replacing with asphalt. Cody was reliable, prompt and trustworthy. He provided options in a simple, cost-effective way which made the multitude of decisions easy. Minor details that you cant plan for in advance were taken care of promptly - like installing a custom skylight when standard didnt fit. The work crew were thorough and cleaned up each day. It was with much trepidation that I starting looking into replacing our shake roof as well as the flat top membrane portions of our roof. The cost and the complexity involved and finding a company who could handle the challenge was nerve wracking.
