I highly recommend Avenue Road Masonry! The communication was excellent and professional, and the work was superb! Everyone, from Chris (estimator), Robert (project coordinator), Phil (supervisor), to Greg (tuckpointing), chimney repair and parging crew were wonderful. The crew's meticulous attention to detail shows in the end result. Highly recommend!

They did a great job both on the technical side and on the business side. Communication was easy, responsive and very professional. The actual work was complex but the team completed it in a way that surpassed our expectations. They came up with an engineering solution that fit with our design idea and then implemented it. Would definitely hire them again.

Avenue Road Masonry replaced two old vents with bricks, did some tuckpointing on the original bricks and parging/caulking the entire perimeter of the house.
Everything turned out great, the replacement bricks are almost identical to the existing ones, the tuckpointing closed a lot of the gaps there were all around the house and the parging gives the house a much cleaner/well-maintained look.
I was also very impressed that they have their own inspectors visiting the site multiple times during the project, that's probably how they guarantee getting such great results.

From the first visit to quote on the work (thank you, Chris, for being fair and reasonable), to the work done (thank you, Altin and your assistant, for your patience with me and the high quality of the work that you did), and to the oversight by the job foreman (thank you, Robert, for following up with me and ensuring that I was satisfied), I was most pleased. We had Avenue Road Masony come and quote for fixing some holes in our brick exterior wall. They also suggested, whilst reviewing the property, fixing foundation cracks and waterproofing the exterior with sloped asphalt. They were quickly able to book the work, came when they said they would, got the work done and then came back a few days later to do some additional asphalt patching, all within the original estimate that was given to us. Extremely impressed with the work and would recommend.

Greg and his team were right on time, answered all my questions, and completed the work in a timely, friendly and tidy fashion. Their supervisor was very helpful in recommending materials and checking on my satisfaction with the job. They do thorough, prompt, dependable work.

This was part of a larger roofing project. It was very easy to work with Avenue Road Masonry. Great communication from initial visit, estimate/project overview to completion of the work. I received calls leading up to start date and after the work was completed to review any questions or concerns. While completing the work, the crew kept everything neat and clean. Crew arrived promptly at scheduled time, set up and removed all job related debris from the old chimney. Crew showed picture of work and made themselves available for any questions.
