Jack and his team from Toronto New Fence was a pleasure to work with, they are hard working, provide quality fencing materials, and is very patient with their clients. Our block had a lot of issues choosing a vendor for fencing because there were many being considered, Jack and his team came in person to meet with the neighbours multiple times to explain their work, introduce the materials, and provide quotes. The construction went smoothly, post holes were all minimum 3.5ft, framing was very straight, and no detail was missed. We upgraded to the gate with handle and lock set as well and really like that feature as its more ergonomic and better for security. I would recommend this company to my family and friends, Thanks again for a job well done Toronto New Fence!

We've used Mike and his team in the past to inspect our preconstruction home upon closing 9 years ago and also to inspect a property we were intending to purchase 2 years ago. When we closed on our new preconstruction home this year, we knew we would hire them again. Mike found a very loose pole supporting our porch roof, multiple areas on the exterior that needed work, and a crushed vent in our basement. All these things we would have missed ourselves. We will be putting these items on our tarion form in hopes that the builder will fix them. The inspection comes with a report with photos and thermal imaging. Thanks Mike for another thorough inspection on our home!

We are very disappointed in Bombay's extreme lack of customer service and poor supply chain management. We purchased a wine rack in MAY, was told it would arrive in 8 to 10 weeks, but 2 calls and 2 in person visits later after 10 weeks, it is now NOVEMBER and still no product. Every time the sales say someone will call us when it arrives, but in all this time, we have not received a single call. Very poor customer service, and to this day, there is still no resolution so I have contacted their customer service. Let's hope their headquarters is better than their customer facing associates.

Stonecraft was one of my favourite vendors to work with during our home renovations earlier this year. I had visited many countertop fabricators before we signed with Stonecraft, their pricing is competitive, workmanship is great, and service excellent! Elena was very helpful from beginning to end, she not only referred us locations to hand pick our quartzite slab, but also recommended the type of edge cut to do on our heavily patterned quartzite (cut on bevel edge instead of on the side, you really don't notice the line at all!). We even got the main bath countertop for free as advertised on their website, which made it easy for us to then decide to go ahead with the master en suite countertop as well. Thank-You Elena and the Stonecraft team :)

Lee was very helpful, and his team of installers were quick and accurate. All you have to do is call them when your house is almost done constructing, they send people in to measure the windows, then you go into their office and talk price. One of my windows needed a pole adjustment, which they will come back at a late date to do, but no big deal. I also appreciate the fact that they were flexible and willing to come back to install my sliding door shutters because I am waiting for the builder to do a fix on the door but really wanted window coverings up for the rest of my home. I would definitely recommend Stars to my family and friends, and also know of a few other people who have used them already. They are always busy and a reputable shutters company.

Prompt Reply, Installation went smoothly. I provided him with the mounts for my 65" and 42" TVs. He also helped feed some HDMI wiring through the walls. Nice Guy, Professional.

Billa Appliances has the best prices compared to Sears or The Brick, etc. Our sales rep Vaneet was very helpful, I went there several times before making our purchases and had talked to a few different sales reps, but we felt the most comfortable with Vaneet because he really takes the time to explain everything. The only disappointment was that my gas stove was out of stock and took an additional 3 weeks to arrive, even though I had ordered it a couple of months in advance. I was told it was the manufacturer's issue, and they were willing to send us a temporary stove in the meantime. I didn't want this option though because it felt like more of a hassle, so I asked them to include some installation services instead. We went back again at a later date to look for a range hood.

I was referred to Frank by a friend who also used him for their potlights. Initially I was really concerned about getting potlights done because we just moved into a new construction home and already upgraded smooth ceilings from the builder. Frank not only has the most suitable equipment which makes a perfect hole in the ceiling, but he is also great from a service perspective. I e-mailed him numerous times with concerns about potential damage to the ceilings, question on how many potlights to get and how to lay them out in each room, etc..and he took the time to answer everything in detail. He also helped us hang some other lighting fixtures around the home, including wiring for kitchen valence lighting. I also appreciate that he was upfront and clear about his pricing, which was very competitive for LED. I would definitely recommend Topnovo Electric to my family and friends!

Thank-You Steve and Matt for your professionalism and great service! We won the Christmas Contest in December and it couldn't have come at a better time. Our new home builder did not include duct cleaning and we also had a bunch of renos/upgrades underway.
