Jason and George did a fantastic job in our backyard putting in two new decks, one at the front and one at the back of our yard. They were extremely courteous throughout, always cleaned up at the end of the day, were exceptional to deal with and at the end of the day delivered a great product. I am so happy showing off my new backyard. I would totally recommend Jason and George, absolute gentlemen and skilled carpenters!

Mark was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He is very knowledgeable and a strong communicator. It's a huge plus to open your door to a contractor and be greeted with a smile and nice conversation. Mark was very clear in breaking down the cost for the various tasks I had to get done and did a great job putting in a new electrical outlet, moving an existing one, patching everything up and and running the wires beautifully. He also installed new toilets and disposed of the old ones, replaced faucets in the garage and backyard and diagnosed an annoying issue with one of our lights, turns out I wired it wrong originally. :) At the end of the day all the mess was cleaned up and my wife and I are happy campers. Don't hesitate to have Mark tackle your projects. I will definitely be calling him again. Thanks Mark!

My hot water tank sprung a leak on New Years Eve of all days, also a Sunday. Although he was swamped, Sam was able to fit me in at the end of his day and fix the issue within about 20 minutes. He also provided me with very valuable tips on tank maintenance as well as a heads up on my furnace. Super easy guy to deal with. I should note, other top rated companies on Homestars either did not pick up the phone or did not return my messages. Sam is in my phone contacts now and staying there. Thanks again Sam!

My dryer started overheating, and Joe was super quick to respond to my call and an appointment was quickly set up. Joe identified the problem right away, had the part in his van and I was up and running in about an hour. The dryer has been working perfectly since. Joe's long time experience in the industry is invaluable and sets him apart from the competition. Thanks Joe!

My furnace did not sound too good last night, and by the morning it was not working at all. As usual I popped on Homestars and Cozy World stood out because of their fantastic reviews. I now know why. I called the number and explained the symptoms and Fred knew the problem right away. He came on time, fixed it very quickly at a reasonable cost and was a pleasure to talk to. Please do not hesitate to call Cozy World for HVAC needs. Fred, we'll be in touch about that humidifier.

I was out of the country when my wife first heard our furry friends in the attic. I did my research and as soon as I got back I called Chris to come take a look at my raccoon issue. He was quick and to the point (in a good way) and knew of his action plan right away. He instilled confidence in me...I just let him get right to work. What he estimated is what he charged. He was prompt for both appointments and really easy to work with. Two added things. We discovered that our builder failed to install shingles on a small area of roof. Chris was up to the task of finishing that off and making it look perfect. Also, when he had to purchase a new roof vent, he could not find the exact match. Colour was fine, but the design was a little off. I couldn't tell. He told me it was important to him that he dig around and find the right one, so it matches the rest of the house. This was a such a small detail but he is a perfectionist. "Trust me, i'll be back." is what he said. About a month later, the door bell rang and there was Chris, smiling, holding up the roof vent. True to his word. Do not hesitate to call Chris. He is the first guy you should call for animal removal. Thanks Chris!

Dealing with Manuel was nothing short of perfect. Every aspect to the interaction was spot on. He was very personable and extremely knowledgable. He gave me an estimate on what it would cost to run a dedicated line for my range microwave. What he estimated was exactly what he charged. When he was done he made sure to take the time and clean up after, leaving the house in the exact same condition it was when he started. I would hesitate to use Java/Manuel's services in the future. In fact I will be contacting them shortly to help finalize my lighting reno. Thanks again!
