When I moved in to my apartment, I changed the bathroom and kitchen fixtures and wanted to restore the apartment as it was, prior to moving out. Mark was very polite and knowledgeable in his work. The little details matter and we appreciate how meticulous he was. He straighted up a wall for us which required drywalling and moved our laundry room fan on the ceiling and drywalled the original hole to make room for us to install a closet. He cleaned up after the repair was complete. Also worthwhile to note he is very punctual and shows up on the date and time that was agreed upon.
