It took us a very long time to process the horrific experience that we had with Lukasz Where to even begin.. Unfortunately, we had an extremely poor, unprofessional and traumatic experience with Lukasz and his team during a renovation project at my mother's apartment. The work included painting, installing a kitchen backsplash, laying kitchen and bathroom floor tiles, installing laminate flooring, and applying popcorn ceiling. From the very beginning, the workmanship was shoddy and unacceptable. - The flooring in the hallway started to lift and bubble just two weeks after installation. The walls were not sanded and there are numerous imperfections, with old paint visible in many areas. - The kitchen and bathroom floor tiles were installed incompetently with thin and runny grout that washes out easily creating even bigger gaps between the tiles. - The kitchen backsplash was left in a disgusting condition with cracked tiles, cement and grout not cleaned off the tiles, and the caulking cracking and lumpy. They worked in an empty apartment yet still managed to leave a huge mess with paint splatter all over door handles, kitchen and bathroom hardware which til this day we are scraping off. Additionally, Lukas and his team displayed absolutely unprofessional behaviour throughout the project. They left all of their garbage on the balcony, including chicken bones and beer cans, for us to dispose of. They also left a vulgar message on the dusty balcony glass. They wasted a lot of material due to incorrect cuts and incorrect measurements and when we presented him with the deficiencies and provided him an opportunity to rectify the work - Lukasz found them acceptable and refused to fix them. When we mentioned taking legal action and leaving a bad reviews - Lukasz showed up without notice and yelled, swore, and threatened my mom with destroying her business. The whole experience was incredibly traumatizing and we will need to redo the entire renovation. We strongly advise others to avoid Lukasz and his team. The workmanship and unprofessional behaviour was absolutely unacceptable. We regret ever hiring Lucasz for this project and feel completely devastated and defrauded.

One of the mirrors on my drawer cabinet broke during my move. I contacted Glass Ninja to get the same piece cut for me. The job was done very quickly! I am very happy with the service. I have prepped the cabinet and will update this review after I glue the new mirror in place.

We’ve had the root problem for at least five years in a row. It was a real pain in the drain! This time we decided to try a new plumbing company since the old one wasn’t very successful in fixing the problem. I can say it was a good decision because a crew from Metro Plumbing and Drains did a W-A-A-A-Y more complete job than the one we used in the past. Moreover they were able to give us a warranty so that we don’t have to worry if this problem arises in the future. Honestly, this time I feel we’ve spent money right. Just want to add, that the communication with the company was very prompt and the whole job was done in no time! Would highly recommend this company to whosoever has the same problem or any other plumbing related issue.
