This is a review for a few jobs. Mike and his team are incredible. I used Mike to install a slate roof and just used him again for repairs when we had raccoon damage (not to the section we put the slate on). What I love about working w Mike is you talk to the actual owner. He’s honest and not sales driven. I have a few properties and have used other roofers in the past and wish I met Mike years ago. Without hesitation I would call him again.

Antonio and his crew installed an exterior motion detector. Prior to the work, Antonio gave an accurate quote over the phone and held to that price after the work was completed. He was very professional and has a great company. I am lucky to have found an electrician I can trust.

When we needed a very fast quote for the removal and re-pouring of a new basement concrete floor, Mike was happy to provide it even though we were on a very tight timeline and he was busy with many projects. He was the only contractor who came out to the house right away and provided a written quote. Mike and his team arranged their projects to accommodate us. They removed the old cracked and uneven cement floor and put in a fantastic new cement floor. The windows in the basement were too small and awkward to pour the cement in, so it had to be brought in by hand down the stairs. They cleaned up very nicely afterwards. The basement floor looks great and we easily had new carpeting installed over it. Mike was great with keeping us in the loop throughout the project. A very skilled, helpful and honest contractor.

Mike and his team did a tremendous job on the installation of our windows. We had two large picture windows which we wanted to replace. We decided to have 4 windows installed (2 for each picture window). Because of the excellent job, the exterior of our house looks brand new. Several of our neighbors have commented how great everything turned out as well. I could not be happier. Also, Mike and his team were very professional, easy to deal with and did a great job cleaning up after the job. I know I will use onlinewindows.ca in the future (and I am sure my neighbors will too).

I highly recommend Paul. I have used him two times now and will continue to do so in the future. Paul is a very professional, polite and friendly person (with a great since of humor too). I wish I found Paul sooner rather than wasting time in the past with other unreliable handymen. We had a very old air conditioner installed in the second floor wall of our house. Paul came and removed it, waterproofed the exterior, filled the hole and drywalled over it. The job came out great. While materials were drying, he even helped me with a few electrical boxes in the basement being installed - at no extra charge. The second job I called him back for was to fix a basement step. Paul did a great job again and eliminated a potential hazard.

My wife and I had our entire basement waterproofed by RCC. Prior to RCC starting work, we received quotes from several other companies. Besides a very good price (which is always an important factor), RCC was the most professional company we dealt with. Rick took the time to go over every step of the process, write the quote and draw a diagram so we knew exactly what work would be agreed upon. A lot of other companies did not want to invest the time in potential clients like RCC did. (They would rather give a quick price and hope you sign a contract.) There was no pressure at all and he had no problem answering questions (even a few days after our meeting). The people who preformed the work were very polite and professional. They always provided me the opportunity to see each step of the process. After, Tony (the president) even came over to make sure everything went OK. We are so happy the days of mopping up parts of our basement after a snow melt or rain are over. Now, I don't have to worry every time it rains and I am not home to mop. I have already recommended RCC to others and will continue to do so.
