My favourite store because it is very close by to where I live. I have read the bad reviews of the female staff. I agree with one exception, a big-made black female who I saw more recently at CS Desk is nice. However, I decided to write this good review because on about 3-4 occasions of my shopping at Billy Bishop Way Store, this man has been exceptional in trying to help out not just me but other hurried customers as well. I also noticed a particular small-made female sort of blocks him from helping even when she is purporting to be quite busy on a computer. Anyway this man, I asked his name, yesterday, is BERT. A tall slim black man and I want to commend him for his patience with his colleagues and for his extra-ordinary efforts to help clear up this counter of customers waiting for assistance, guidance, returns and just being helpful when a customer shows anxiety. I had a few transactions yesterday alone, paid for the wrong item, then realized before driving away, came back, got the refund. Found the right one and paid for it, etc. etc. Bert as usual kept his cool while managing those who needed urgent attention and all the while explaining what he was doing, and giving advice to other customers, on the hop. Multi-tasker and completely personable, this Bert! A keeper Home Depot!

Paid for 15-Nassau quality thick leather, got mismatched cushion, seating getting very creased, leg rest hard causing ankle pain: no response from Ralph/Boss Leather to several emails and calls. No sample of leather was sent on delivery per request. Are those good reviews real? TAKE A LOOK AT BOSS LEATHER'S RESPONSE: NO INTEREST IS SHOWN IN REPAIRING UNEVEN CUSHIONS, HARD/HURTFUL LEG CUSHION, NOR RESPOND TO BADLY CREASING LEATHER AFTER A FEW MONTHS OF USAGE!! NOTE THE BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. WHAT IS UNREASONABLE ABOUT OUR REQUEST?

All our customers are valued and of course we take care of them in some cases we can not please everyone... In this Case what they where requesting was unreasonable so we could not help them...Although we try sometimes we have this happen but in 30 years.. One unhappy customer is always too much.. We always go above and beyond.... And yes all our reviews are real so I am Happy we can make 99.9 percent are happy....
