This is the 3rd job we have had Stan McCall do for us. A couple years ago he did a soffit/roof repair on our garage an demolished an old washroom in the basement. This time, he finished ac couple jobs I started but never got finished. He painted that basement wall with waterproof/mouldproof paint and finished converting an old milkbox into a shelf/niche. As last time, he arrives at the promised time and gets right to work - no wasted time here. He did a great job with the wall and a wonderful job with the milkbox niche - filled the damaged wall around it, made a nice frame around it and painted the wall. I also had him replace the door sweep on the aluminum side door. When he had that completed, he noticed a gap at the bottom of the aluminum frame and filled that with a small piece of wood - great attention to detail. We are extremely satisfied with his work and will call on him again.

Eavestroughs and More were the subcontractor for a work I had contracted with another company and I was happy with every aspect of the arrangement, but I thought Dusko and his team deserved a direct review. The crew came at the appointed time and replaced our eavestroughs, the facia on the front gable and replaced the aluminum cladding around our bay window. The original cladding was poorly done and a lot of the wood frame had rotted. Dusko's crew cut away as much of the rotten material as they could and covered everything with new aluminum. They caulked all the seams and the final results look absolutely great. Thanks guys for an excellent job!!

I would highly recommend this team to anyone. When first contacted, and all along, communication response was very prompt. I called originally to get a quote for eavestroughs only but, while talking to Wendell during the quotation stage, I added extra work - front gable fascia and totally recladding our front bay widow. The installation team came promptly during the promised time frame and completed all work in one day. Workmanship was excellent - the team took pride in their work and did more than I expected - the results look really good! Our bay window has nice, clean lines now and every seam was caulked perfectly. Great job Dusko and team.

1. June 2018 - I called Boonstra because the company that had installed my central AC discontinued AC service and referred his customers to Boonstra many years ago. I am very satisfied with my first experience with Boonstra. The technician, Steve, came in the promised time frame and conducted himself very professionally. He was very thorough in checking out and diagnosing our unit and explained his findings in detail. Turned out the high-priced furnace filter I had installed restricted the air flow through our old furnace too much and he recommended re-installing a cheapie. The A-coil was clean and the system pressures were within specs. He did recommend replacing the old furnace & AC, but there was no sales pitch to do so now. 2. July 2018: Called them to diagnose a noisy furnace blower. This time the technician was Jimmy - great young man, wonderful attitude, Mohawk College HVAC grad. We agreed the blower was too old (30+ years) to waste money repairing so he would have Boonstra source a new one. I talked to Barb in the office a couple times to give details - another great employee. Jimmy was back 8 days later when the blower was in to install it. He did a great, very professional job, including a smaller blower pulley to increase our air flow for better heating/cooling. So far, I am extremely satisfied with the service I got from Boonstra - response to service needs has been immediate. The technicians have been here within hours and exactly in the time frame promised.

Called this company after evaluating the reviews of a number of the competing firms. The team of Nick & Doug was great. They called ahead and came well within the promised 2 hour window. They were very pleasant, extremely quick and efficient to fill about 1/2 their truck with exactly what I requested them to load. The charge agreed with what I had estimated using the company website. I will definitely call Just Junk again.

I have used Stan McCall for a couple of jobs now. The first was a small repair to my garage roof where water had buckled particle-board sheathing. The second was the demolition and debris removal of an old, unused 3-piece bathroom in the basement. From my observations, Stan is an efficient, very skilled, hard-working craftsman who never stops working and goes the extra mile for you. Even though he charges by the hour, the charge is reasonable and you are not paying for "idle" time - he never stops. I will certainly call him again and I would recommend him to anyone.

Beverley Hills is an excellent company. The salesman was very knowlegable and explained/demonstrated the products. He prepared a written contract and everything, including a change I requested, was confirmed in writing. The project was completed well within the quoted timeline. The installer did an excellent job and I found nothing to criticize in what he did. Everything was cleaned up perfectly at the end of the job. I would certainly use them again.
