Would never use cardboard boxes again...Frogbox were terrific from the time of my first call until the final email confirming everything was picked up and done. The boxes are easy to use, hold a ton, don't need to worry about over-loading a cardboard box that then falls apart, easy to stack to move to the moving van, etc. Overall, boxes were great, service was great, all pick up and delivery was on time and reliable.

Do not trust this company. No idea where the BBB ranking comes from.1. Move booked 5 weeks in advance, arrival time 0730-0830 (first available booking time in the AM), confirmed with the owner/operator 2 days prior to the move (important as needed to book the arrival elevator at the right time). 2. The afternoon before the move I got a call asking if the move could be delayed….answer was NO…elevator and pet transportation already booked based on the date/time of the contract, and I had come from out of town to assist my daughter and needed to return home. 3. Day of move: no signs of anyone by 0900, no answer on any of the business lines with a message saying they opened at 10 am...ie impossible to reach anyone to know if they were in fact going to arrive at all. 4. After finally hearing back from the owner (~0920), the movers ultimately arrived ~1025. 5. Moving van non-descript, not company labelled, back panel door not working properly, one panel actually falling off at the top. 6. No rug/floor runners laid down on arrival...nice footprint left on the rug...only after I asked did they use the blanket just removed from one item to lay down on part of the rug; much of the move had them walking on the rugs fully unprotected. (note website specifies they use runners). Overall a very bad experience for which the owner took a grand total of $30 off my bill.

We have been basement system customers for years at 2 different houses and our experience this week confirms why. we had a basement flood recently, called Basement Systems who first came out promptly (on time, etc) to do a sump check (all functioning normally....thanks Matt) then had John come to do an inspection to try to find the source of the problem. John did a full assessment and figured out the issue was our drain backing up, not the remaining wall we had not yet waterproofed which was what we had feared. Would have been easy for him to just say it was the wall simply to get more business....as always, appreciate basement systems honesty and great service.

We have used Finer Edge in the past for int/ext painting and have always been happy. Once again they were superb for the just completed job. Tore down old plaster, put up drywall, stripped peeling ceilings, then painted it all and touched up any nearby areas they saw that needed work. All done in under 2 days with not a speck of mess left behind. Highly recommend.

We have used waterworks before and will continue to. They show up on time, do the work quickly and well and clean up nicely. Larry was a delight to have in the house today.

We had Clarke Basement Systems install a basement waterproofing system and dehumidifier years ago. Now getting only annual maintenance (with no flooding ever). Clarke's has always been excellent...on time, friendly, great to deal with.
