Our install wasn't a simple straightforward one, and Allan showed his expertise in being able to problem solve on the fly to successfully complete the installation. There were certain parts that we didn't have, and in the current situation with the pandemic, they would have been impossible for us to get; Allan was able to get the parts for us to complete the job. He was very kind and answered all of our questions, and he took the time to ensure that we were happy. His pricing was very fair and competitive. I had a leak from the 2nd floor but didn’t know where it was coming from. I’ve got help from Valentin before and called him right away. Valentin came out, assessed the problem, made an educated guess based on his experience that it was from the toilet, he opened it up and confirmed that it 100% was the problem. He repaired the issue right away and also took care of a couple of other things as well. Valentin is great at his work, he has solid experience, and is very honest and trustworthy. I always sincerely appreciate his help and am happy to recommend him to others.
