We knew as soon as we met Eric and Joe that we wanted to work with them. In our experience, getting a quote from the people that will actually be doing the job is better. Very friendly, it was like working with family. We needed a very simple update to our front door step, 100sq feet of patio and new stairs. We did the right thing and received several quotes ( for exact project size, stones etc.,) and Bloom & Branch came in significantly lower - we knew we werent being taken advantage of. The work is amazing, professional and they left the work area clean at the end of every day. I will definitely be using them again for future work!!

I started the process last year to find a company to fix / repair or replace my roof. We had leaks, and I had no idea where to begin or what was needed. I started to review local companies, and selected four companies to get a quote / advice from. Joe from Deluca came out and took me through the entire process of what I should be looking for, what was important in selecting a company, shingles etc., From the beginning I felt like I was in good hands and not 'just another customer'. I left the conversation feeling more informed about the choice I needed to make, and it wasnt just based on price. I received my quote from Deluca, and not only did the pricing come in much better than the other three companies , the Deluca team went above and beyond to share what ACTUALLY needed to be repaired and why (picture portfolio etc.,) Once I selected Deluca, they made sure to stop by and cover the areas needing repair during the winter months, to ensure there was no further damage - until the work could begin in the spring. When it came time to start, there was great communication on start time, time of day and how many days to complete. The crew was amazing, and other than a brand new roof there was no evidence left behind that construction had been done :) The follow up to ensure I was satisfied was great, even down to communication on payment. I would highly recommend Deluca, and consider myself lucky to have come across them in my research.

Vahid was wonderful to deal with from the beginning! He was easy to get a hold of at each step of the process. He and his team arrived on time, did an OUTSTANDING job and left the kitchen spotless. Vahid made sure to mention the small details that would need to be addressed prior to install (I put in a very heavy copper undermount farm sink). The installation of three pieces took a total of 3 hours, including removing of the old countertop, installation and some in field cuts with buffing. He clearly takes pride in his work, asking for my feedback along the way to ensure we were happy. He also has a wonderful sense of humour, which made me appreciate him even more! Highly recommend.

I contacted Cochrane to provide a quote for a very basic tree 'clean up' - they were first to provide a quote and third of the cost of their competitors. They did a FABULOUS job, exactly what I asked for and needed. Great crew, in and out within a few hours and clean up was excellent. 100% recommend.

We did our due diligence and received multiple quotes from local garage door companies - the results were within $ 100 or so, but the reason I chose Dodds was due to the visit I had with Mike. It was a NO PRESSURE at all sales call.... I thought I wanted a specific door, and after some advice and guidance Mike he had me consider things I had not. (and no, not upselling!!) He took into account what our plans were for future outdoor updates, what we had for existing windows (esp front door) and provided feedback based on our style of home. Other companies that showed up didnt take the time to do this. Anybody I have spoken too at Dodds has been friendly, down to earth and sound happy to be working there! Came home today to the installed door, and couldnt be happier!!
