When the 50-year-old tar and gravel roofing was removed from my carport it revealed serious structural deficiencies. DeLuca quickly responded to my request that this job be expanded to a total reconstruction of the roof structure, including new rafters and pitch correction plus the addition of two skylights. I felt that the additional cost quoted was very reasonable, and the completed project looks terrific. Excellent job; excellent service; very satisfied customer. Highly recommended!

DeLuca Roofing did an excellent job replacing the shingles on a condo mansard roof project, in addition arranging for spray foam insulation upgrade. Work was timely, well done, including clean up done afterwards.

We had a house fire in December of 2021. The roofer who completed our new roof did not get it right after doing it the first time. We have a low-slope roof and it takes a special expertise to complete it properly. It was a HORRIBLE job and leaked immediately. The second time it was half-way complete and they ripped it up and started over. When it was complete, it looked terrible. We then had a Home Inspector come and take photos of the roof and there were MANY issues. It was obvious each time that the roofer had no idea of how to correctly instal a low-slope roof. We submitted the report to all involved and nothing was resolved. We had a friend, who is a roofer, and has been for many years, look at it first. He pointed out all of the visible issues and told us that it would definitely leak within the next couple of years. Then we had Rob from DeLuca Roofing come and take a look. He told us that it was a terrible job. He felt sorry for us. I subitted his report and quote to our insurance company, but they still refused to have it done properly by experts at DeLuca roofing. We decided that it would be better to pay for it ourselves, have it completed correctly, and feel assured that we would have no leaks that would cause further damage for the next 20 - 25 years, as it should be. We were given a quote, provided a deposit, and now we have a PERFECT roof!! The payment was thousands of dollars below our quote! We could not be happier! You get what you pay for. My husband and I contacted Deluca for help in locating the source of the water damage to the ceiling and wall area of our garage and also to replace our rusting gutters with new ones that included the Double Pro Leaf Guard. our entire experience throughout the whole process with Deluca was professional. Mark from their Sales group visited and provided the details to their Service Dept. Once we contacted Melissa in their Service Dept., the required work was scheduled and we were notified of the dates to expect the team that would address the roof repair and the team that would do the eavestrough and downspout replacements. The work was done as scheduled (thank you to Jacob and Frank on identifying the water damage source and repairing, including getting a great colour match to our existing siding as well and a thank you to Ivan and his crew on the eavestrough and downspout project). After the work was completed, Dan followed up to ensure we were satisfied with all the work done and provided us with aerial drone photos for our records (some of which I have included). We would definitely recommend DeLuca Roofing Inc. to anyone needing any roofing, siding, and/or eavestroughing related work.

Crew members were very nice and efficient. Good workmanship and professionalism from the sales rep to the installation to the follow-up
and final inspection.

DeLuca replaced our roof in 2012 and we have had zero problems with it since then, even in historic and catastrophic windstorms. In 2022 we replaced our gutters and downspouts.
Mark was professional, very thorough and approachable in both instances. The office was overwhelmed with covid and other delays, but were always courteous and informative. The installation team was on time and the work we needed was done efficiently and has worked like a charm. The inspection with drone images is great and we have referred DeLuca many times to our friends and colleagues.

That was the second property that I had used DeLuca roofing to replace the roof shingles. The first time was eight years ago for my house, and this time for another property that I have. DeLuca Roofing preforms quality work in a reasonable price. Replacing roof shingles is a major investment and it is important to choose a roofing company that performs reliable and a quality job.

My parents roof was damaged due to wind. Because the shingles were damaged and still within warranty we contacted DeLuca roofing to help us with the claim. DeLuca Roofing was very professional and helped my elderly parents by replacing their roof. Their price was very satisfactory. We are so thankful and highly recommend this company!
