I had problems from the very beginning. The mechanical drawings done by a professional engineer were to be the basis for the quote. We agreed on a price only to find out later they had missed some items and charged me more. After finally getting them back to finish the job after there initial foreman left the company they charged me in full for the job. I was never shown how to maintain the system or handed any manuals. A year later I called them for a service call in which they connected the electrostatic filter for the first time which was never done when they supposedly finished the job and charged me in full. A leak from a vent hood exhaust had a slow leak that they tried to fix unsuccessfully with a patch job. I had to take the time and effort to do it properly myself as they were not up to the task. This story even becomes more appalling when I called another reputable mechanical company to service the furnace. They discovered that the the fan coil wasn't aligned properly which was causing the vibration issue and that not one of the system components were ever registered. So not only did I pay premium for a mechanical system that wasn't installed properly but it was also not covered by the proper warranties which came with the products. As an Architect for the past twenty years I have dealt with numerous trades from all divisions. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They just didn't care about doing a good job which I paid good money for. Best to be avoided at all costs.

I called Len the company owner on a Monday evening describing a problem with low heat on the ground floor of my home on the coldest day of the year. As the Architect for my personal home I specified a high end dual zone system. The basement and ground floor are on one thermostat with the second and third floor on a second thermostat. We walked through the system design over the phone to relay as much information as possible about the potential issues. We arranged for his technician Mo to come out the following evening to troubleshoot the problem. In short, a variable air valve wasn't working and needed replacing. Several other issues were also pointed out that the original mechanical trade didn't execute properly. Mo installed the new valve and went through the controls and explained some general maintenance issues to me. Temperance were knowledgeable, fast and good. As an Architect I am always looking for good contacts and I am going to have them service the AC and HVAC system on an ongoing basis. I have no reservations recommending them personally to friends or as a professional to clients.

Took awhile to get started bit they did an efficient job for the roofing ad cladding for my garage. Maceij and Lukas were really good at listening to what I wanted and did a great job executing the work.

This company came recommended by another friend. I am an Architect and was looking for something fairly particular for my garage door. From the initial call and recommendation for the proper aesthetic and insulated door, dealing with the company was was a painless and very thorough process. Recommend it to anyone looking for a garage door.

Through my general contractor I commissioned this company to supply and install the doors and all hardware for a high end custom home. The didn't come cheap but was told that at they would do a great job. The overall job was completed to a reasonable level of quality, but this was only after a high degree of intervention on my part which should not have been the case. There were drawings and specifications documents as to how everything was to be installed sent to the owner well ahead of time. The main problems I had with the company are as follows. First, they didn't follow the drawings and I had to spend quite a bit of of time working with them to rectify the problems they created. Two, the commercial grade hardware I specified was incorrectly installed in some places. They weren't able to correct it after two additional tries and I had to call someone else in. Three, they took a long time to finish despite being told that they would be done ahead of schedule. Fourth, they took all of the residual wood that I had paid for as part of the contract which I was going to use. Lastly, no discount or compensation was ever offered for some doors that were deleted along with a trim detail and baseboard for the stairs, and the extra time the whole process took. Due to these reasons I would not be albe to recommend this company to any of my clients or friends.
