This review is a long time. Over the past 1 1/2 years we've hired Scott to paint a few properties we own. We first hired Scott to paint our condo to help freshen it up for our new tenant. We later had Scott paint our two story home, which had some exceptionally high ceilings in places. Every time we've reached out to Scott to arrange a job, he was quick to get back to us with a date to come view the scope of the work and provide a speedy estimate. The estimates have always been reasonable and accurate. Scott is prompt, courteous, respects his client's timetables and always does top quality work. Since we've come to know Scott and the quality of his workmanship, we have hired Scott for a couple other painting jobs. He is our go to painter who never disappoints.

Scott came the same day and arrived when promised. He quickly assessed what was required and offered a more than reasonable quote. He finished the work within an hour and did a great job. Scott was professional, knowledgable and courteous. I would recommend Liddle Rascals to anyone who needs to have any unwanted critters removed from their home.

We recently bought our home. During the home inspection, our inspector recommended that our crawl space be sealed with a vapor barrier. We did our homework and decided on Clarke Basement Systems. Our experience from beginning to end was excellent. Starting with Claude Mathieu who arrived to assess the job and provide a quote: He was pleasant, professional, informative and took the time to answer all our questions. He was also able to quickly provide a date that was suitable to our schedule. Leading up to the install date, we received a phone call the day before to confirm the time the workers would arrive. On the day of install, Ben called ahead to advise they were enroute. Upon arrival, Ben and John introduced themselves and immediately got to work. Once the work was completed, they provided us the opportunity to inspect the finished product. They did a fantastic job. And, instead of rushing out because the job was completed, Ben and John took the time to address a concern we had relating to our basement. They identified the issue, and although the opportunity was there to "up sell" us on a potentially expensive repair, they suggested the problem could be fixed with a little caulking. That honesty was much appreciated. Thank you to all at Clarke Basement Systems for a job well done.

Travis Magee from Mr. Rooter Plumbing was fantastic. Within days of moving into our home, we had water backing up into our basement. Travis came within an hour of calling, diagnosed the problem and immediately corrected it. We came to learn that roots had grown into our old existing clay drain pipe (common for our neighbourhood). Obviously, roots continue to grow, so we wanted to fix the issue permanently. After discussing what options were available, we booked an appointment to have the old pipe re-lined. A cost effective no dig option that will fix the problem of roots getting into our drain. Travis is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Travis not only provided excellent customer service, but peace of mind. Thanks, Travis.

Tom provides outstanding service at a great price. On time, quality workmanship. He answered my questions honestly and provided options, but without the pressured sales tactics. A very nice guy who provides a level of customer service rarely seen these days.
