go to corporate office for good customer service
I was having a lot of trouble with the advisor for almost a year. I finally phoned the corporate office to complain about the advisor. Ed Casteels, the founder and owner of the company, returned my call within an hour and straightened out the problem. He was wonderful. My advice is to contact the Corporate Office and speak to Ed. Your problems will be solved.
