Had Vinylbuilt replace 6 windows that had a seal failure. Although I wasn't happy to have to do that I was very happy with how accommodating they were and how little turn around time they needed. The windows were purchased from the previous home owners so I will add that the warranty transfer to me was painfree. I paid $300 service/labor charge to replace 6 windows. Jonathon was the tech and he was punctual and one of the cleanest contractors I've ever had in my house. He left zero mess and zero damage. He was fast and accurate and we really appreciated his service visit. Highly recommend. Failed wi down seals happen but Vinylbuilt really stands behind their product.

I started to notice a few ripples on our carpet that was originally installed four years ago. Called Abraham for advice and he came out to repair it free of charge and only a few days after my initial call. Great company, great guy who really stands by the product and work that they do. Very happy with the fix.

If you're in Halton Hills then go with Gunning. He was upfront with costs and worst case scenarios over the phone. His price was 1/4 of the cost of another major pest control company that had quoted me on a squirrel removal job. The other company was four hours late with no call and then demanded full pay upfront from my in-laws and drove away even though I had already paid $140+ for an inspection. Most of the work the other company quoted (attic inspection, incubators, capping all vents) didn't even need to be done. Gunning came early on the day of and was very knowledgeable and never tried to up-sell anything. He said there were no extra fees if I needed a callback. Refreshing to see complete transparent honesty from a company. Squirrels were gone within 24 hours of his visit. Thank you!!

Abraham was very accommodating with our carpet request. He came out to quote only one day after I called. His price was less than his competitor's and he gave great recommendations on which product was right for us. He came on a Saturday and did the whole job neatly with removal in about 9 hours. Highly recommended.

Phoned for a quote on a 1/2' to 3/4' water line replacement of an old galvanized steel pipe. Called Wednesday, got the quote on Thursday and the project started at 8:30AM on Monday and they were finished by noon on the same day. The price came in less than I expected and they were beyond easy to deal with. Highly recommended.

We bought an old Toronto home that had about 30 big cracks and buckles throughout plus a badly damaged living room ceiling. Stephen from Adept was honest and upfront with what his crew could do. He told us that we could patch the living room ceiling but over time it would sag and crack again. He demolished the cracked ceiling and replaced it with new drywall while preserving the original crown molding. The third part of the job was drywalling half of the kitchen where we took wainscotting down. The whole job took 4 days and at a great price.

A Manitoba Maple tree was blown over and broke on a Friday. On Sunday afternoon it split in two and fell in my yard. I called around for quotes and Mark at Rileys was the only person who volunteered to come out right away. He arrived on time and gave a detailed description of how they would clean up and remove the remaining parts of the tree which was hanging over a neighbours garden and a school yard. He was also the only company to provide a reasonable quote price that I could aford. Mark and the crew showed up on time with a cherry picker truck and all of the right tools and safety gear. They had the large tree cut down and cleaned up in about 3 hours. Very respectful of my neighbours property and in the end Mark gave me some good tips on what to plant to fill the void left by the tree. Thanks guys! Great work.

Michael had a very straight forward and honest product presentation. He never tried to upsell extra window features like other quotes did. Tony and the install crew were very fast and very clean and did a tidy job on the trim and capping as well. He was also able to provide a free solution to fill a space in the facia which was left by the old windows. Another company quoted an extra $1000 to do what Tony did for free. We noticed a huge improvement in heating after the replacement and the new windows look great. This is our second time using them and will be back for future projects.
