We paid a carpenter separately to replace rotten boards. The crews arrived quietly and got the most out of their day. They worked well together. We appreciated the willingness to listen to us explain certain things and the co-operation that resulted. Chris did a phenomenal job power washing the patio which was suffering from algae. It was day and night. Sebastian solved several problems. One of which was putting a tarp over the car in the garage. It prevented any drip from the freshly stained garage door when it was opened over top of the car. Alex, Marvin and Curtis also solved other problems as we went along that led to a great result. Thanks to the team. Dustin speaks enthusiastically about the job and his crews. He does not exaggerate. They are trained, keen, time and safety conscious. Well done.

The locksmith showed me why the lock has ceased to function. He got a new mechanism from the supplier and replaced the old one. Then he asked me to test my key outside, inside and make sure the handle worked properly. He was on time, efficient and clear. I hope nothing else malfunctions here, but if it does, I will call him again for sure.

It was very well done. They got approvals from Hydro. They cleaned up after. They gave an estimate when none of the 8 others bothered to show up. Liked their energy and work. I recommend them.
