The re-keying of a front door lock was completed quickly by Locksmith Vaughan Inc. The locksmith was forthright about the price and any additional keys that were needed.

He talked us through the entire process during the service call, explaining how the door lock works, why the door lock needed to be repaired, and masterfully showing us how he re-keyed the lock.

Roman replied to our query immediately, came quickly, and replaced our broken door handle, deadbolt, etc., with the new one we had purchased. He explained the problem and the repair, answered our questions, and worked quickly and efficiently. He is most pleasant, courteous, skilled, and competent. He also patiently answered all of our questions and gave us excellent advice in regard to our other doors as well. He charges most fairly. We like him and his work very much and will be asking him to return soon for additional work on our other doors and another lock repair as well. You cannot go wrong with Roman!
