I am posting a positive review to recognize the work of the 2 cleanup crews rescuing my project: Nick, Joe, Taylor & Mike, Ray, Barb Thank you for your effort and care I will also share a positive recommendation of the estimator Kyle who does take responsibility. The 10/10 rating does not represent how I feel today, far from it, but maybe over the long arc of time Centra will live up to it.

Sean and his partner from Pro Image Gutters showed up at my place on a Thursday morning with no advance preparation beyond getting a call late the night before. They removed my old gutters and downspouts, and installed the new ones in less than a day. I don't know what customers of other gutter companies might complain about because there were absolutely no hassles. The work was done a 40 year old stucco house, and I personally have been all around it so I know that they didn't leave any problems to be discovered later. Moreover all the simple details were done right. Gutter segments were joined neatly, good screws were used.

Good quality, easy to work with. Would work with them again, happily, and recommend without reservations. My project was to re-roof 2000 sq ft of asphalt shingles, replace 3 skylights, frame-in and roof another skylight, and replace the gutters. On a stucco house with 2 fireplace chimneys. The original estimate was well presented, with the options between different types of shingles/skylights/gutters presented clearly and up front so I didn't need to go back and forth on the way to a decision. My estimator was Kurt, and the foreman was Jon. The work lasted 3-4 days. The roof and ground level were cleaned well at the end of every day. Communication was not a problem. Everything was installed neatly from the underlay, to the flashing, to the shingles. I expect and hope that the roof will look good and perform good for decades.
