Called Max Appliance because of a clogged dishwasher. Dumitru arrived very quickly - less than an hour after my call. He explained everything, did a very effective, thorough and clean job and solved the problem. Would definitely call again for any appliance repairs.

Bruce was quick to respond, gave me a good price on a furnace, and was able to set up installation the very next morning. Installers Efren and Justin were friendly, competent and very tidy. I had a minor aesthetic concern after the installers left and I called Bruce about it. He had the guys return the next morning to make sure I was happy. Great service!

Blocked Drain - Camera and snake
Roy is a lifesaver. I called him for a second opinion after the first plumber I hired couldn't get the job done and then tried to convince me the only option was to dig up my yard and replace the pipes for thousands of dollars. Roy, however, immediately suggested a better, much cheaper solution, patiently explained the process every step of the way, and did the job right. I would recommend him to friends and family in a heartbeat.
