Our furnace blower stopped blower. Econoair responded to our service request within minutes of posting and sent a repairman the next morning, as promised. He diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and repaired in the same day. Excellent service.

I called yesterday about an odour in our basement. Please extend our appreciation to Georgina who answered my initial anxious call with great patience and calmness. She immediately referred me to Faraz who we see on a yearly basis for maintenance of the heat pump you installed 9 years ago. He squeezed a visit in today despite his very busy schedule. The issue was a burned out fan in our heat pump and he arranged for the repairgreat people, great products.

A neighbor we trust recommended EconoAir. Twice we met the two young man who now own the business, Dani and Eiden. We also conversed over the phone, text and email.
First at our place and then at the shop on West Wilmot Street in Richmond Hill. We discussed the project and they gave us a tour of the office and warehouse. We found that both Dani and Eiden have a wealth of information and experience in the business and the technical aspects of HVAC systems.
They suggested we go with a combination of Furnace and Heat Pump. The price was right and our cost would be substantially reduced by a rebate on the heat pump. In addition, EconoAir offers great service maintenance which extends the manufacturer warranty by 9 years. Other companies we talked to could not match this offer.
We were impressed with the installation. Justin and Josh came around 10.00 AM and worked for 12 hours and completed the installation. They did a beautiful job. They are very patient and friendly. For them it was more than a job. They take pride in the work that do and strive to do the best for the client, even if it takes longer and requires more effort. For example, They needed to extend the panel between the furnace and the coil. Justin started by adding a narrow panel to close the gap. The narrow panel would have been functional but he was not happy with the way it looked. He removed it and replaced the whole panel (including existing strip) with a wider one. It turned out a beautiful streamed lined enclosure.
Another interesting story that a was impressed with was about an electrical wire that needed to be drawn from the furnace to the upstairs thermostat. The wire needed to go through very tight space and we were originally advised that it might require a professional electrician. Justin was up to the challenge. It was tricky but there was no way he would give up. He stubbornly persevered and got it through.
Justin was also accomodating post installation. I called him up a week later (happened to be on his day off) to explain something about the system. He took the time and patiently provided the explanation.
Overall, we were extremely happy with the process from beginning to end.

I am very happy with the products that I purchased from Econo Air. The products were reasonably priced for the products I chose. The salesperson was honest and knowledgeable and helped me choose the most suitable products for my home and to meet my needs. The service was outstanding. The service providers arrived on time as per schedule and did a thorough job.

Put in a request for an emergency repair for the furnace. Got a call from Eiden who promptly came by to diagnose the no heat issue and replace the furnace blower. Response time was prompt and work was great. Would not hesitate to recommend Eiden.

A/C died in hottest week of July. New a/c installed next day. Also decided to upgrade furnace, air filtration, and thermostat.

As always incredible service. Faraz has been tackling our home for years and we are always impressed. He's reliable, professional, work is quality and he's very kind.

He also took the time to walk us through some of his observations around the age of our furnace/thermostat and consulted a bit on some options to improve the heating efficiency of our home (especially in the winter!) This didn't feel pushy, it was more him genuinely interested in advising and helping us.
