From beginning to end, using GNI was money well spent! The company is organized and very professional. Alana provided us with a reasonable quote and answered any questions I had about the top up insulation we would receive. Nick organized our date of service. My parents were there on the day of installation and spoke VERY highly of how friendly and professional John, Josh and Jefferson were. They cleaned up afterwords and explained our need for extra roof vents to help with attic air circulation. Most importantly though, we feel the difference. Rooms are cooler - which can be hard in an older split level home. Highly recommend!!

EXCELLENT AND FLAWLESS WORK!! We called Riley's Tree Services to trim and remove some of the trees in our area due to ice storm damage. Our call for an estimate was returned promptly and Mark offered a very reasonable and appropriate quote. Mark and his team were punctual, VERY professional, and thorough with their work. The trees were wonderfully trimmed making sure to maintain their shape. The tree removal was PERFECT - and despite the tree being close to a neighbour, Mark and team were EXTREMELY respectful of the surrounding properties. The team also did a VERY thorough job cleaning not leaving anything behind. I highly recommend Riley's Tree Services and will be using them for future trimmings. Excellent work!

After hearing a noise in the attic I became concerned and gave SWAT a call. Patty was quick to get back to us to schedule an appointment. Bruce came to our house on time and searched the entire home. He found some mice droppings in the attic and used several measures to take care of the problem. He also installed some caps for the chimney to prevent any future problems. Bruce was professional and showed and explained what he was doing. Would highly recommend Bruce and SWAT!
