She called again to advise when the plumber was on the way. Michael arrived as expected and provided the full price upfront for approval. He communicated clearly and there were no surprises. Belyea Bros. Ltd., our furnace maintenance company, attended our home on an emergency basis during a snow storm. Their technician determined that the problem with our furnace & hot water tank was the result of a blown insulation blockage in our chimney. For safety reasons, our gas supply was immediately turned off leaving us without heat or hot water. Belyea Bros. contacted Walter Townshend & Son Inc. who arrived within a few hours. They discovered that the chimney within our internal walls was apart. Mr. Townshend and his crew removed the blown insulation blockage and made the necessary repairs. They were very professional, courteous and tidy. The best surprise was that the invoice that followed was less than we had anticipated.
