We hired M & M Professional Window Cleaners to clean the exterior and interior windows of our house. Mike and his worker did an excellent job. They take enormous pride in their work and strive to make sure the customer is pleased with the outcome. When the job was completed, our windows sparkled!!! I would recommend Mike and his team without the slightest reservation.

I contacted Convertible through Homestars and Marnie reached out to me almost immediately and came to my home within one business day to assess the job and provide a quote. She was extremely knowledgeable and was able to communicate clearly and effectively what the furnace options were as well as the specific job requirements given the constraints of my site (e.g., water tank had to be drained and moved in order to remove the old furnace). This inspired a great deal of confidence! The technicians who installed the furnace were equally good at communicating the important steps of the job and were very respectful to keep my property clean and free of damage to the walls as they were carrying the old and new furnaces out of and into the basement. I would recommend this company without reservation.

I had an excellent experience with this company from the shopping to the installation of my garage doors. The brick on my house is variegated and difficult to match. Michelle worked hard with me to find the perfect door. When I changed my mind and wanted a different style after the order was placed, Michelle and Michael, the owner, gave their best efforts to make it happen. The install went very smoothly and the quality of the work is impeccable. I ended up with gorgeous doors that many neighbours have admired. I would highly recommend this company!

My built-in microwave was completely nonfunctional and I assumed that given its age (over 10 years old), I would need to replace it. The serviceman that Elite Appliance sent was extremely pleasant, professional and competent. He diagnosed the problem quickly, explained it clearly to me, and completed the repair work efficiently and neatly. I would use this company again and recommend them without reservation!

Kyle arrived for a job that was estimated to take approximately 3 hours. Due to problems with the existing home theater system (sold to us and installed by another company that is now out of business), the job was far more difficult than anticipated and required Kyle, in consultation with Mike, to dig deep into his repertoire of diagnostic skills. I have never met a more committed, diligent, and determined professional; I even had difficulty getting him to stop working to have a bite for lunch! He wouldn't quit until he figured out the problem, which was that the receiver needed to be replaced. He recommended a receiver and found one in stock for me at a local retailer which I then picked up and brought back for him to install. Kyle was working solidly for 8 hours, quitting only after he left us with a functioning system. Mike came by the next day to complete some finishing touches and check that everything was working well. It is rare and so refreshing to encounter people like Kyle and Mike who care so much about doing a good job for their customers. They are consummate professionals who I recommend without any reservation.
