I wanted to have the front walkway and steps and side walkway replaced. Chris was most helpful in recommending the typs and color of the new stones. I went with his recommendations and I am glad I did. He was actually able to complete the job before the scheduled date. When laying the side walkway the shed had tilted and I thought I would have to cut the door which would not have looked good. Chris was able to actually lift the sagging end and shore it up with stones so no door cutting was required. This was done at no additional cost. I found Chris to be very professional and the jog exceeded my expectations. Neighbours have also been very complimentary. I would not hesitate to recommend Chris and TLC. I had several dying trees in the backyard that had to be removed. Craig and his crew did an excellent job and left the area very clean. I am looking forward to the Spring when he will be planting the new trees.

I needed to have the wallpaper in the master bedroom and upstairs bathroom removed and then the walls and trim painted. Behrouz did a fabulous job on removing the paper and painting the rooms. He was very professional and an extremely pleasant individual. All work was done as promised and I would not hesitate to recommend this company and Behrouz.

The entire experience was a pleasure. Both Gary and Brian did the work. They take pride in their work and it shows in the final product. Other problems identified were fixed at no additional cost and everything was cleaned up before they left. If you need any heating and or air conditioning work done then Northwood is the company to hire. I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation! Duncan
