The entire experience was a pleasure. Both Gary and Brian did the work. They take pride in their work and it shows in the final product. Other problems identified were fixed at no additional cost and everything was cleaned up before they left. If you need any heating and or air conditioning work done then Northwood is the company to hire. I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation!
