Ordered stairs and railings through Mark the owner. Was promised a shop drawing as my design changed and wanted to ensure they were building per new design - drawing never came. Stairs were delivered with no warning, installers were very unprofessional and stairs installed Were defective. I asked for my deposit to be returned for the railings/glass. Mark refused. Chased him around and even offered to pay to have them fixed - gave him money for this, he took it and disappeared never to be seen again - and he kept my initial deposit for glass panels. He would communicate excuses month after month but I need to move in so I am out thousands of dollars with defective stairs that I have to pay someone else to fix. Be warned about this company.

Leuri is the best framer/carpentry tradesperson I have ever hired. His team works efficiently, with high quality results for competitive prices. Most importantly, Leuri is committed to doing things right. Framing is one of (if not the) most important trades during a big remodel as it provides the base for all the other work. Leuri came in and analyzed some complex old house challenges, came up with the best, most practical solution among a number of bids, and, during the work, even corrected unrelated issues leftover from the previous framers work (which would have been big problems, if left uncovered). I highly recommend this company if you want your framing done right!

I have had Matt's company do various renovation & repair projects of different sizes over many years. The work is always to a high quality standard. Matt is a masterful plumber but knows most trades and has done everything from bathroom reno projects, to waterproofing and rough plumbing, basement renovation and everything in between for me at various sites. If you need someone you can trust to solve your complex renovation needs at a fair price and to a high quality level choose Matt!

Max is reasonably priced, does good work, arrives on time and I haven’t had an issue with any of the HVAC jobs he had done for me so I would defenitely recommend Aire Max!

About 1.5-2 years ago I had a plumbing leak from the 2nd floor bathroom tub of my duplex. Anta was called in and found a source of the leak - however once they left there was still water leaking (it turns out that in addition to leak from a burst pipe, there was also an issue with silicone chaulking around the tub perimeter which wasnt identified during the initial plumbing work). Even at the time the plumber did not seem happy that he had to come back in to rechaulk the silicone - and frankly I thought he did a very rushed and inattentive job; of course there is now another leak due to the silicone seal so I had to go in myself and redo the chaulking correctly - removing all the old silicone and doing a proper job. Needless to say Anta I will not be calling again for any plumbing needs

This is the second job Matt has done for me. He does great work, at a fair price and cleans up well as he works and afterwards. I would definitely recommend Matt & his team for plumbing, deck related work, and other reno tasks! I'm already thinking of other reno that he can do for me.

I've had Brent do 3 inspections and I can't believe I have not left a review yet: I'll be brief Brent is far & away the best inspector you will ever find. He is passionate & cares about uncovering everything wrong with a home. He finds things others missed routinely & if your not getting him to inspect your home your probably missing something! If I could rate him 11 out of 10 I would.

I have a duplex & kitchen faucet broke called express & explained very clearly to the phone dispatcher the scope of work would be both the kitchen & a bathroom faucet and how much would it be approx for both. He said on the phone: about $2-300 for the job but the plumber on site would quote exactly. I asked their hourly price he said it's always quoted per job. So plumber shows up & quotes me $800 almost for both!! My jaw hit the ground. Bad customer service being so off base on the initial quote & my god how can it be over $700 to install two faucets (a 2 hour job - that's almost $400 per hour). My other plumber will do both for about $300. Anyways since I didn't want my tenant to be without a kitchen sink for another week. I went ahead with the kitchen faucet replace for $300. My advice shop around for a plumber that charges by the hour ($100 or so per hr is reasonable). The prices I experienced were ridiculous. The plumber was competent but not great also.

After 12 year my LG unit compressor was shot. Max had the best prices for most units, including the Mitsubishi unit that I went with; and his install was clean and efficient - I would use Aire maxx again and definitely would recommend.

AC was broken (2.5 ton 18 year old model). After calling around they had the best price for 2.5 ton Goodman forced aid AC unit. They are a well oiled machine; the install tech came in on time and worked efficiently. would definitely recommend.

Found Simons on home stars. We needed the pitched roof & dormer section replaced, of a home with flat roof in back. His quote was reasonable - he showed up promptly, was reachable at all times, and most importantly he works with his own crew & doesnt just subcontract out to a crew. the job was done on time, and right - the crew was careful during the work & cleaned up effectively. Simon showed up midway through and helped finish up and do quality control on the job. I would definitely recommend & use Simon again.

Best handyman I've met. Chris is straight up ( if a jobs beyond his skill set he will say right away), very well organized & prepared and does excellent work for a reasonable price. My crawl space was too small a job for any spray foam company to do so Chris handled it just fine at a much better price. I would definitely recommend him for all small jobs and he is a really nice guy to boot.

Russell's crew was great, personable, communicative (the lead even did a walk through with me before closing the job) and very effective in meeting timelines, showing up on time, and at putting rooms back together so that we could live in the Reno zone during the work. However their work could have been a slight bit more detail oriented. I noticed upon their leaving that there were a few areas where drop clothes were not properly layed on the floor and there was a smattering of spots on my floors. Also a number of areas where the edging seemed rushed or drips or gaps were present. I am quite a demanding customer so maybe others wouldnt notice small details like that on a two floor painting job - but -I would recommend this company, they have competitive pricing and do very good work.

I was impressed by Flavio's high marks on reviews & decided to call when I was unable to repair a severely running bathroom faucet. He was prompt, efficient & the problem has not recurred. So i would definitely recommend or use this company again.

Dmitri & his crew were very professional, competitively priced & with high quality products & some of the best installation I've ever seen. The crew were here the whole day & never seemed in a hurry or careless; they just seemed like they were here to do the job right the first time. Dmitri dropped by during install to make sure all was going well. I would definitely recommend & not hesitate to use this company again.
