Sam responded quickly and through no fault of his, had to return a couple of times due to a parts issue. He was always in communication with me and showed up when he said he would, or even earlier. His prices are reasonable and hes very pleasant to work with. I would highly recommend Sam for any appliance repair.

We got three quotes from different companies and although Bancheri was not the least expensive, we were very pleased from the outset with the communication from everyone at the company and felt this was an important component in the overall success of the install. The job was completed as promised and done beautifully. We had an issue with a couple of stones and after we contacted the company, they came right away and relaid the stones to our satisfaction. James and his workers arrived right on time. They had a difficult job ahead of them; moving a piano from a basement, with steep stairs to the upstairs level and transporting to another house. Everything was done with the utmost care. I should also add that it was pouring outside and they were very careful to wrap the piano to ensure it didn’t get wet during the move into their truck.

Red Robin was very professional, from the gentleman that first came out to the house to assess what we needed, to the men that did the repair work. They showed up when promised and Anna from their office was always in touch via email. Professional and great job cleaning up when finished. Also provided an estimate for repairs to downspout that were required. Would recommend without hesitation.

Lynne coordinated all the contractors, from the plumber, to the electrician to the tile and counter installers. She also assisted greatly, helping me pick out colours for the cabinets and flooring, making suggestions that I never would have thought of. She saved me money by suggesting alternatives when the quote for replacing my cabinets was too high. She was a pleasure to deal with.

Steve showed up right on time and was professional and very courteous. He showed me the dust that had accumulated inside the ductwork and I was only sorry I had waited so long to get the ducts cleaned. He was here for 3 hours, but never in my way. I would highly recommend this company. I chose them because of their great ratings but also because they're certified by the National Air Duct Association.
