Ben D. did an excellent job on service my heat pump, furnace and Navien water heater. He did thorough cleaning and diagnosis each component and said everything was in excellent condition. Ben gave lots of interesting information about my systems, made some recommendations and offered to update the electronic thermostat. Ben is very professional and a pleasant guy too. Well done by Ben and the Gandy office staff. Looking forward for another year of great service from the heating/cooling system. It has been flawless operation and well worth the investment in 2014. I have the Platinum plan with Gandy. Thanks.

Wow … Fantastic … Brilliant!! September 2, 2014 ~ Rob & Jason and Mr. Finn [electrician], did a fabulous install, they were all so professional, friendly and a lot of fun to share my home for the day. I liked that they answered all my questions, which were many, they had the courtesy to stop, put down any tool, made excellent eye contact to answer me, then resumed whatever they were doing, I learned so much. Everything was so well done and the clean-up was excellent. I really liked that the installers were here exactly the time as scheduled, they worked non-stop all day! The Lennox XP25 heat pump is so impressive, and to ‘hear’ it run almost silently. Rob & Jason did a really nice and tidy install, well done! The SLP98 furnace is truly fantastic, sooooo quiet!, it makes less noise than my fridge. The installation is impressive! with the venting pipes, copper tubing & drainage below; nice creative ideas how it was all done. I really like that the furnace is constantly moving the air, silently. I have registered the Wi-Fi thermostat so now I can log in with my Blackberry smartphone to control the temperatures, another brilliant idea. Shawn, Kyle & Justin just completed a fantastic installation, I am very impressed with their professional skills throughout as well as their personalities. Credit is also given to Paul, Maurizio, Jurgen & Chris for completing the final details; Crystal & Angie were most helpful too. The project is truly a remarkable transformation of my mobile home, I am amazed, wow! Also thanks to Nolan that guided me from the beginning and Shawn [the measurer] for giving me great advice.
