I had a problem with the control buttons of my stove. The situation was clearly analyzed and explained to me, so that I could make my decision.

Our broken garage door had to be changed and ADR provided us with a much better door than the original: insulated, nice, and excellent quality. My old skylights were 37 yrs old and after the last spring storm, one skylight leaked. My roof is about 9 yrs old. I suspected another skylight was leaking internally (downhill). I had 5 companies assess my roof. The Roof Technician, Ilir, did a meticulous analysis of my roof and very clearly communicated his findings. His roof analysis also coincided with the roof analysis of a former roof expert who could not do the job at the moment. The other roof quotes from other companies were claiming other/more problems, and the quotes were much, much higher. I trusted Ilir and he did a great job. The new glass skylights look great and he replaced all water damaged plywood/internal painting of the wall. Exposed roof nails were also taken care of. The new skylights have also passed the "rain" tests! I highly recommend this company.

Janovsky did my kitchen countertop (laminate) about 4 years ago. Now, the company did my bathroom countertop (quartz). On both occasions, the work, staff communication, and quality of the material were great. I could also adopt the secretary as the aunt I never had! Another time, a relative of mine damaged part of my kitchen countertop (the edge), and Janovsky quickly and nicely repaired it.

I love this company! I have used their services over the years for my house. Marie and her crew are fast, meticulous, efficient, and reliable when it comes to appointments. They are also careful to clean materials with appropriate cleaning solutions, as to not damage hard wood floors, mirrors, etc during the cleaning process. I trust them with my valuables and appreciate their cleaning expertise.

Herbert came to fix the source of my kitchen ceiling flood problem. My kitchen ceiling had been flooded due to the wax ring underneath the toilet. He replaced it with a rubber gasket. He was very careful in his inspection and with his follow up work. I also liked the fact that he was able to answer my questions fully and put my mind at ease. I strongly recommend this company.

I must say that I struck gold when I discovered Boris and his company on the internet, along with his great reviews on Homestars. He came and did an assessment, explained everything in a very logical and honest manner, and quoted me a price $1000 lower than two other major furnace installation companies. Also, to my surprise, he indicated that I needed a lower capacity furnace. The other companies had overestimated the capacity (could it be b/c then the furnace is more expensive?). In any case, the installers, Kam and ... (forgot name) were also excellent. The job looks very professional and the furnace works well and I cannot even hear it. They took care not to scratch the walls or dirty the floors when the furnaces were taken in/out, the furnace room was left clean and they recycled the packaging accordingly. I would strongly recommend this company. Location reviewed is actually in Toronto.

I had to have new carpet installed on my stairs (39 steps, Hollywood style). I was thrilled to find wool carpets at Carpet Mill (look natural, elegant, do not smell like plastic, and biodegradable after you throw them out in so many years). As I found a large enough wool carpet leftover for the surface area of my stairs, I also ended up buying the wool carpet at a cheaper price, almost equal to a synthetic carpet. The installation went very smooth and was very professionally done. I am very satisfied with the work and the two installers, Joe and Jason, did a great job!
