We had some stuff to get rid of after moving back into our house post-renovations. They were able to schedule something right away and Tim and Mike had everything out of there in no time. Will definitely use this service again.

I can do most small repair jobs around the house myself, but sometimes I get too busy or find myself with a project where I'd rather bring in a pro. After using Odd Job to deal with a roof leak and plumbing issue earlier this year, I brought them back to fix a basement wall damaged in replacing our water main. Sean arrived on time, consulted with me on the project, repaired the wall and installed an access panel in less than the allotted time. It's very likely I'll be calling them again.

We had an emergency water main issue and the city came to upgrade their side of the line, but wouldn't touch the private side. Our neighbours had the same issue and found Aqua Drain and Waterworks on here. Their quote was the lowest and also had the lowest impact in terms of repairs after the fact. I was home while they worked and can say that they were prompt, they cared about the details, and they cleaned everything up admirably when they were done.

The brick around the side of our house needed some love. They parged and put in a curb at the walkway along the bottom to keep the water away. They came when they said they would and finished in a day. A+

We had Cozy World install a new furnace and air conditioning unit at our old house and they did a terrific job. Since then I've recommended them to friends who've been equally pleased - not just with the quality of the work and the follow-through but with the price as well. Recently moved to a new place with an old furnace and had Boris come by again. His installers were there super quick and did a great job on the install. Happy with a nice new quiet furnace and smart thermostat. Highly recommend this company.

I had several companies come to look at replacing our old furnace and installing AC. Of them all, Boris took the most time to explain the process to me, and was the most diligent about really examining what the job entailed. His quote was also the lowest, by a significant amount. In fact, one quote was TWICE as much. Based on meeting Boris and the reviews on here, I decided to use Cozy World. Our house is over a hundred old and nothing really makes sense. It was a difficult job, especially the wiring, but the technicians did an excellent job. We were without heat and Boris got them over to start the next morning. We had a warm house that night. And have ever since. Looking forward to trying out the air conditioning but for now everything is working great.

I used this company in the past to fix a couple of problems with my old furnace. They seemed all right. Then when I was away on holiday this winter, the furnace stopped working and our housesitter called them to fix it. Their technician relit the pilot light, charged $180 and then put a warning tag on the furnace. Which meant that I came home from a vacation to a letter from Enbridge threatening to cut off my gas. I spoke to Soft Breeze a couple of times and they claimed they were doing their jobs and ensuring the furnace was safe. I can understand that. But here's the thing - THREE other companies came afterward and said that their reasons for tagging were bogus. But once it's tagged, you have to have work done or pay for an expensive inspection to prove them wrong. I ended up replacing the furnace in the end, but none of the changes Soft Breeze said were necessary were done. Judging from a previous review it seems they're engaging in predatory practice. They tag and then say you need a new furnace. And guess who could sell you one? Stay away.

Very satisfied with this company. They showed up to give a quote the same day I called, then showed up to do the job the same day I gave the go-ahead. Clean, quick, polite, and went the extra mile.

Contex has replaced the three sections of my roof and my front and back eavetroughs over the past two years. They are probably not the cheapest company out there, but after they did the first job they earned my trust enough to bring them back twice more. I did note an earlier poster's problem with delayed arrival times in the busier season, but I found that a few phone calls did the trick and they came to do the job soon enough. I had an issue with a small leak at one point, which they misdiagnosed at first but eventually found and repaired (it was coming from an old section of the roof). I found Phil a pleasure to deal with, and their workers were extremely diligent and tidy. Problems can arise with any job, but I would recommend them because they care about their reputation and want to keep their customers happy. My house is watertight. When it's time to move to a new house, if I need a new roof I will call them first.
