The team at AccuServ worked together to help us efficiently after our boiler decided to die on us. Rahul came first to diagnose the problem, just a couple of hours after I called. This young man is a wealth of knowledge!!!! Clearly into what he does, wants to be great at it, and is! The team of young men who came to install the new unit worked tirelessly from 9:30 til about 6:30 or so, to get everything up and running. They were very polite and nice despite having worked such a long day! And afterward they took the time to explain how everything worked, as it was a different system for us. Overall we are very satisfied, and the estimate was accurate as well. Thanks very much, AccuServ!

The Trifektah team renovated our kitchen (including adding a 'bumpout' for a pantry) and coordinated exterior house painting while we were away on our summer vacation. People thought I was a bit crazy for doing this (renovating while away), but I trusted Elysha intrinsically, and I was right to do so. She and the team took care of everything while we were gone! And her response to questions and requests afterward were so refreshing - she truly wants her clients to be happy!!! I can't wait to use them again!!!

I've used Homestead for the past 6 years. I had used several other services in the past, and overall, I have been more satisfied with the services provided by Homestead than with any other companies or individuals I have used. They have sent the same person now for at least the last year, and she has done a solid job. She is a good fit for my personal preferences, also a very nice and personable individual. A nice aspect of using the service is that if the person they send is not a good fit, they can send you someone else. The owner does take his customer's satisfaction quite seriously (they have always tried to resolve any issues), although I worry that the cleaners might be unduly penalized for mistakes. On that note, in terms of room for improvement, I think that the company could benefit from training the cleaners as a group (e.g., having meetings) so that they all do things consistently and have the opportunity for process improvements and collegial discussions. I would also like the cleaners to learn more about sorting garbage/recycle/compost, and eco-friendlier cleaning options, in part so that the cleaners' own health and well-being is taken into greater consideration.

You know how usually one dreads having to hire and deal with a contractor? Not this time. The workers from Aviva were punctual, considerate, efficient, and fulfilled their promises - in fact they came a week or two earlier than they estimated! They were very respectful as well; even though I invited him to leave them on, Alex still removed his shoes before coming into the house. They swept up the driveway leaving it just as it was before they came. They explained everything clearly in terms of the price, and the final cost was exactly as estimated - even though they discovered some small problems once they started the job. They also took it upon themselves to install two new roof vents where none had existed, and didn't charge us extra. Maybe the biggest surprise was how quiet the whole procedure was - based on the neighbour's new roof experience I was expecting yelling and swearing for several days straight... Aviva roofers were as quiet as possible, and finished in a day and a half. Finally, when he was in the neighbourhood again, he even dropped by to see if we were happy with the job, and to ask if we were okay with their advertising sign out front. My response? Absolutely!!!
