we used EMR to install new Hardiboard siding on our house, Endri showed up for the initial quote on time and I was very impressed with his knowledge of materials and samples on hand. Throughout the course of the renovation his crew were very clean, often left the site better at night than it was when they arrived, they were very friendly and considerate to neighbours. As we went Endri addressed any concerns we had quickly and without complaint. Not a lot of contractors will do that without excuses. I would definitely recommend Endri and his crew.

Our furnace died at the end of the winter, luckily that gave us the benefit of getting multiple quotes. Cozy world came in very reasonable. They installed on the scheduled date, even stayed late to make sure everything was working correctly before leaving. They left our house very clean. When I had a concern the following day they were very fast at coming by to address my concerns Would definitely recommend them.

Moncada replaced every window in our old east York house over 5 years and different visits. Anthony was always professional, honest and gave the best advice. His team did tremendous work with the installation and finishing work. The one time there was even the slightest imperfection they resolved it right away without argument. I can’t recommend them enough.

Valentin was great, he was very accommodating to our schedule and showed up on time when we made an appointment. He was fast, cleaned up everything and was right on budget I would highly recommend him and use him again

Daniel was amazing thru out the entire project. He made us feel confident and relaxed while the project was underway. From permits to completion we couldn't ask for more. He torn out the old flooring put in new plumbing with back flow gates and poured a new concrete floor that is so smooth you could leave it as a finished floor I would highly recommend his company for any basement work before you want to finish.

Ken came by and was the most professional and friendly electrician we had quote us, we hired ken and he was actually quicker than he expected and on budget. When I was concerned about some garbage left at our house, he was very quick to resolve the issue. We recommended him to my parents and they were very happy as well.

We used Terrence in our first house and was so impressed with the quality and professionalism we used him in our second house when we did major renovations. We even refused to use the contractors guy and insisted on Terrence. And once he was done even the contractor got his card.

In a word, amazing. Roy was professional, friendly and just all 'round great. They finished faster than expected, and on budget. He was the only contractor to actually bring me up and show me issues and gave me options. We will be using them in the spring for the rest of our house.

Jay came by last minute after the contractor we first hired to renovate our main floor and bathroom bailed on us in the middle of the night and left us with a gutted house. He immediately made us feel confident in his abilities and professionalism. Once we started our project his site supervisor, Adam, and crew continued this trend. They kept their job site clean and were very considerate of our neighbours. They finished on budget and anything that I felt was unsatisfactory they immediately rectified. I will be using them for projects in the future.
