We have a few issues with this company. First, they delay the work until the middle of winter. The roof we have now looks very terrible – it is all uneven!! I suspect that they could not do a proper job during the cold winter. Secondly, they did not honor their contract. Our contract spells out that a 6-foot water and ice protection layer will be installed before the shingles. However, we found out they were only doing 3 feet while they were putting the shingles on the roof. When we question, Mike said the money we paid won’t cover the material cost and the guy who did the estimate was let go by the company; therefore, they did not have to follow the contract. Lastly, they did not keep the promise of their warranty. We found a piece of shingle fell off from the roof in the spring and call up the company to address the issue. Cole had come to have a look sometimes before the summer and said will come back to have that fix. Months gone by, they never come back. We have been calling Mike and Cole many times now since June. I think Cole was very annoyed that he hangs up on me. We had left message to Mike and he never return the call. Now, we have a bare spot on the roof to expose to the winter to come!!

In the start of the job, the technician clarified that the job is paid by the hour and it was Ok with us. Later, he charged extra for another job that he did for us and he explained that it is the second job and it is not included with the first one which he did not explain clearly in the first place.

There is a return and refund policy in this company. I also clarified this with the salesman that if ever we changed our mind that we would be able to get our money back. However, it is not the case. Two days after paying for this sofa which is not yet avaiable. I had informed the salesman that I did not want the sofa any more and would like to have the refund. Then he started saying that the refund would be taking care of from another department that I had to call another number and contact with another person. It is so difficult to get on hold with this person. This person never return my call even I left dozen of msg. And eventually, I got on hold with her, then I was told it needed to be approved from the head office and it would take sometime to have the refund processed. Then I waited for another few weeks. Eventually, I was able to get my money back only when I personally to look for the specific person in the store... after may be 3 months, dozen of phone calls, and lots of uncertainty that if I ever would get my $5000 back. I will never shop in this store again...
