We have a few issues with this company.
First, they delay the work until the middle of winter. The roof we have now looks very terrible – it is all uneven!! I suspect that they could not do a proper job during the cold winter.
Secondly, they did not honor their contract. Our contract spells out that a 6-foot water and ice protection layer will be installed before the shingles. However, we found out they were only doing 3 feet while they were putting the shingles on the roof. When we question, Mike said the money we paid won’t cover the material cost and the guy who did the estimate was let go by the company; therefore, they did not have to follow the contract.
Lastly, they did not keep the promise of their warranty. We found a piece of shingle fell off from the roof in the spring and call up the company to address the issue. Cole had come to have a look sometimes before the summer and said will come back to have that fix. Months gone by, they never come back. We have been calling Mike and Cole many times now since June. I think Cole was very annoyed that he hangs up on me. We had left message to Mike and he never return the call. Now, we have a bare spot on the roof to expose to the winter to come!!
