We chose Aspen Wood Floors to install Craft wood flooring for main and upper floors and high end vinyl for our basement. David Mahabir was our sales consultant and he was the deciding factor when selecting a vendor as he was knowledgeable, communicated very well and really cared as much as we did that the finished product be perfect (multiple site visits and even moisture tests of the subfloor). He was the only vendor that rightly saw the need to level our main floor subfloor and even the freshly poured basement, as he wanted to ensure the look and longevity of the floor. Pricing was excellent given our choices, installation was perfect and efficient, and their after care support when other trades damaged a section of the floor was first rate. I highly recommend Aspen and David in particular.

Dave from Encore Windows and Doors did a great job in helping us pick out exactly the right style front and rear patio door for our house and went out of his way to meet at the showroom to see it before we bought. Carmine from Boss Mechanical was recommended to us by our prospective builder after I noticed our 23 year old rental tank started to leak. Boss quoted us a better price than anywhere else, slotted me in for install the next day given the potential for a basement flood with the old Enercare rental one, sent a great crew, and managed to get everything connected and running within 2-3 hours. I'd be happy to have them back for future work and will recommend them to others.

I had 4-5 companies quote on our roof before selecting City Wife Roofing. The work was fantastic, timely, and as promised. He ensured that the neighbors roof was tied in appropriately and did not require me to do my flat roof like some others has suggested. (Very honest) What really sold me was that Aaron is not just the estimator, but the owner as well, and comes to the site in a hands on way managing his staff to ensure the job is done right. Beverley windows came in to estimate our greenhouse-like rear facing windows (with mini roof and overhang) and were the only company that would attempt it and did a very good and completely on-budget job. Chris
