I called David when we moved in Ontario a year ago and was more than pleased with everything. We had a great installation of the system and also wonderful customer service through all the year. I only wish all the business services were as honest and as amazing as watermart has been to us. We are moving to another country and we are more than positive that it will be very difficult to find the same service else where as Watermart gave us. If you need a honest and reliable company, this is it! Prices are better than other companies, and you are not paying only for the product but also for a wonderful customer service. Fred was very professional. Did a very clean job and also noticed that our HRV intake our builder had installed, was close to the exhaust furnace vent. I would highly recommend Fred. He was available to come and do the job quick and very professionally. Will definitely use his services again as he is a very reliable and professional.

The guys did a fantastic job. Me and my son had issues of stuffy nose every night, and I noticed that our builder had not cleaned our home at all. After the Duct CLeaning Specialist came, and explained everything they were going to do, I did see a massive difference in our air. Thank you for cleaning my furnace for free too and thank you for your honest service. I will be honest, i was a little skeptical but I could not be more happier than this with your service. Thank you again, I know I will not need you for a long time but I will definitely recommend you to other people.

I was very happy with the installation service and customer service that watermart provided and I did write a review about it but I am coming back to write more. First of all, everything is working great, my clothes are cleaner and my dishes too, it does make a big difference to have a water softener. I am a tea drinker, and I used to hate how much scale I used to have inside my kettle, but now with the reverse osmosis system, I never worry about the scale build up inside my kettle. It is always clean. But the most important thing I am coming to write a review is about the change in my kids skin. My toddlers had very severe eczema and suddenly everything stopped three days after we installed the water softener. I thought it was just a coincidence, but still today, they don't have any patches in their legs or arms. I am very, very happy with everything overall. Good job Dave and all the team!

I read a lot of reviews and some other people recommended it to us. AND I DON'T REGRET IT! This is the best service I have had so far since we moved to Canada. I really want to thank you for your wonderful service. Ron did such an amazing job, he was very efficient, very clean and my kitchen looks beautiful after installing the faucet and the reverse osmosis. I am really happy with everything overall. Also, Linda is the most affable person you could talk to. I will recommend water-mart to all of my friends.

The inspector, Shawn, was highly recommended by one of our friends and we were not disappointed. His service was very qualified, very careful on every particular and also a very honest person. Worth the money and the time, would definitely recommend it.
