Our AC stopped working the day before we left on vacation. I found Cozy World on Homestars. At the tail end of our vacation, I called and spoke to with Fred and he booked an appointment the morning after we returned home from our trip. Our technician, Shabbar, called prior to his prompt arrival in the morning. He was able to diagnose the problem and fixed our unit within an hour. He was extremely professional and courteous. We were very lucky that we didn’t have to wait to get our AC fixed after coming home from vacation in the heat of the summer thanks to Cozy World. I would definitely use Cozy World again in the future and highly recommend. Thank you Fred and Shabbar!

Joseph and his team did an excellent job removing a a couple of trees from my property, as well as trimming some cedar. He completed the job while I was away on business. When I returned the next day, you would never have known that his team Was even there as my yard was left very clean. All of the branches etc. were removed from my property. Joseph and his team completed the work as planned/quoted. I would definitely recommend Heritage Tree Care.

I found Imran on Homestars and I am so glad that I did. Our fireplace was in need of servicing, cleaning and repairing. Imran was accommodating to our schedule and came over on a Sunday (despite the snow). He was very professional, honest and personable. I will most definitely call on Imran for future servicing and highly recommend him.

This is the 4th time I have relied Michael at WaterWorks Plumbing. As a result of the power outage from all the rain, our high water alarm in our sump pump was triggered and beeped all night long. In the morning, the beeping hadn't stopped. I called WaterWorks because of the quality service that we had received in the past and was was not disappointed. Michael was able to come out and solve the problem (free of charge!). The personal service that we have been accustomed to is the primary reason why WaterWorks is our go-to plumbing company. Thank you! (p.s. Homestars - I've written several reviews and have not once received a gift card as advertised. Know that my sole reason for taking time to write reviews is not for the gift cards, but it would be nice to be recognized for helping not only the companies under review, but also Homestars. Thanks.)

This is the second time that I have used water works this month and they are fantastic. They always show up when they say they will. They give the costs upfront - there are no surprises with this company. I like dealing with small family companies because they really care. My sump pump was failing and the water was very high, the basement very stinky. The 2 Mikes came out and replaced the pump with a really good quality machine and installed a check valve. They even gave us a free water alarm. Overall I am very satisfied with Water Works. Great job, thanks.
