We used on-side to assist with restoration after some water damage in our kitchen. I'm very happy with the work now that it's been completed, but it took quite awhile to finally get it done - four different crews came by to review the damage and we had to chase them each time with multiple follow up phone calls to get a response. This was annoying and we would have chosen a different company if our insurer had not recommended them. I don't know if this is just an issue that needs to be sorted out from their central office as they sent the wrong crew several times and the first two crews that showed up were convinced they were there to inspect a bathroom. They even sent a supervisor one time who had no idea about water damage or remediation and took some pictures and left (we never heard from him again). This really bothered us as each time we had to arrange for someone to take time off work and be home for the crew to come by. So they get about a '2' in that area but once the work was (finally!) completed, we were very happy with it and I give them a 4 there, so about a 3 in overall satisfaction. I wouldn't recommend them to my mother as the job took way too long to complete bc of the wrong crews being sent out repeatedly (with about a week going by in between each appointment) - so the repair took about a month too long and our kitchen ceiling was cut open and covered in plastic the whole time. Plus we were worried about mold issues bc it was water damage, and we didn't need that extra stress.
