Shane was great work with. Explained the whole process, and answered any and all questions. He was very punctual and was able to work around some issues to ensure that was done properly.

From the get go Michael was very straightforward and gave his insight to ideas that were proposed and discussed with him. The schedule was provided early for when the work was to commence and kept us up to date as things progressed while staying on schedule. Ashley's design was great and provided ideas that we had not previously considered, while being open to changes that worked better for us. During material selection she was fantastic as she offered insight while staying neutral and creating no biases. Avtar was very quick to respond and address our questions or concerns when they arose. He often checked in on the renovation to ensure things were on track and to ask if we had any questions or concerns. Overall we got a beautiful new basement that takes advantage of the footprint which we will enjoy for the years to come.

Furnace went down and I got a couple of quotes. Not only did Convertible have the best price, especially given the product offered, they were on my radar since I was interested in them doing a different job for me prior to this issue. A bit of a wait to get them to come in to install a new furnace but that wasn't a surprise. The installers were nothing but fantastic and courteous. They answered all my questions regarding furnaces and other appliances and gave useful feedback based on my uses. Would highly recommend based on this experience.
