Our service rep Bruce is techically extremely knowledgeable. He is always meticulous and methodical. Leaves everything the way it was found.

I thought I had a clog in my central vacuum system as it had very low suction power. I went online and initially found another company who promised to send a technician in the afternoon but never did. Desperate, I managed to find The Vac Man online and Beatrice was exceedingly helpful and seemed very concerned about my dilemma. She said it was late in the day but the technician was just on his way back to the office but informed me he would definitely come by later in the evening. I was a little apprehensive at first especially after what happened with the first company. But sure enough around 7 pm I received a call saying that the technician Gino was on his way. Immediately after he arrived, he turned on the system and told me that I didn't have a clog but had a leak somewhere. I was pleasantly surprised that he was able to analyze it so quickly. And his repair only took a few minutes. I was and am extremely grateful to Beatrice and Gino for their excellent Customer Service and genuine concern.

Many thanks to Karan and Cane who did a splendid job cleaning the ducts. Very neat and tidy having left everything the way it was initially. Will definitely recommend them to friends and relatives.

Right from the get-go, this company offers superior customer service! This was evident From the very first day that Frank clearly stated what had to be done and recommendations for improvement. His administrative staff which included Donna and Sheri were incredibly helpful and kept us continuously updated with construction. The project took approximately 2 weeks and throughout the entire period of time the technician named Kevin proved to be extremely skilled, thorough and incredibly knowledgeable in all aspects of the operation. He was very organized and also showed complete respect and consideration in keeping the workplace clean and tidy as he progressed. The walkway from the entrance to the kitchen was covered and everything would be neatly cleaned up every night. Another technician named Shaun assisted him the last few day and again, he proved to be just as meticulous and careful. We should also point out that the subcontractors which Techno Kitchen uses which do the plumbing, tiling and electrical all excelled in their respective trades. I had several estimates for a new roof but settled on Gitano because they were easily contactable and prompt compared to the others. I was very satisfied with Lewis who is their customer service representative who was extremely knowledgeable and did not take the hard-sell approach. Now that my roof has been completed, I am very pleased with the results. The crew was extremely competent and obviously very prepared and organized. Albert was the crew chief and demonstrated a sincere dedication to getting the job done right and to this customer's complete satisfaction!
