Summary: very happy with Andy’s (Ton Furniture) service, advice and assistance and very happy with my new mattress, Andy was perfectly on time, polite, service-oriented, helpful, not pushy, informative and very efficient. Long story: I had a continuous coil firm luxury support mattress from for 8 years (I am 5’3” 240lbs) and was very happy with it, so I naturally wanted the same mattress when I decided to get a new one. I needed to order the same mattress model over the phone since I don't have a car to browse around the town and get it delivered on Saturday as I am at work during the day. Found a few stores in the GTA area but their prices were more than I could afford. Page 3 in google search results brought me to tonfurniture.com I was not sure at first since there was no address under "contact us" but decided to take a chance and email them first to see whether they are responsive to phone orders and Saturday deliveries. It was already after office hours but to my surprise I got a response the same night, saying no problem with phone orders, no problem with Saturday, credit cards, PayPal, Interac or cash all good and the prices that Andy offered were pretty much 40-50% lower than for the same model in other stores. So I called next morning to place an order. When I mentioned that I bought my mattress 8 years ago, Andy immediately informed me that the manufacturer updated the model that I wanted, so the current version would not be identical to what I have and suggested to drop by to actually test it. As I said, I don’t have a car but their location was a 2 minute walk south from #60 Steeles TTC bus stop, so testing was very doable and made perfect sense. I ended up buying a different model than I initially intended, so it was great that Andy shared the information with me and convinced me to come and test the current models. Very happy customer, will recommend my friends who need a mattress to contact Andy for assistance.

WaterWorks were pleasant to deal with but not cost efficient as for them to install a dishwasher they requested me to hire another specialist to removed a cabinet (that was sitting on 4 screws and could just slide out as I found after paying another $280 for the cabinet removal). Instead of installing three-way connector to allow for an extra hook up, Waterworks installed two-way because they didn't have a three way in the truck and now I need to spend more again to get another connector to hook a water filter. Moreover, it's been a month since the dishwasher was hooked up by the Waterworks and my kitchen piping is now leaking. I intend to fix the problem but will not call Waterworks.
