We had a great experience with Cozy World. They installed a 2 stage Goodman furnace with air filter and humidifier as well as a Goodman AC unit for us this past weekend. Boris was very friendly and professional, he took the time to answer all our questions and gave us honest recommendations for replacing our furnace and AC. During the install, Saeed and his crew were very professional and efficient throughout the job. Saeed was very skilled and did an amazing job with the duct work which was quite challenging as it needed to be done below our backyard deck (see photos attached). He was very knowledgeable and took his time to do a very clean and complete install. They also promptly registered the warranty and provided us a copy within 2 days of installation. We are very happy with the quality of work and customer service we received from Cozy World and look forward to enjoying our new furnace and AC. Thank you Cozy World team!

Shane from Got Dust Duct Cleaning was extremely professional and knowledgeable! He took the time to explain the process, answered all my questions, and even provided helpful suggestions/ tips to improving our home's efficiency i.e. recommended updating the dryer vent piping and replacing the old air filter system for the furnace.
