I chose Chislett Roofing to repair the flat roof over my garage, which was already leaking within 5 years of its construction by the builders roofer. During winter thaws and heavy rains, water leaked into the garage below. I was impressed by the professionalism of every single person on the Chislett team that I dealt with. They were all focused on getting the job done correctly and to my satisfaction. The roof tech that actually came to do the repair was very friendly and took the time to show me the source of the leak (defective installation by builders roofer) as well as explain each of the steps he was taking to fix the problem. After the work was done, he then took the time to make sure the areas that he had worked-in on the deck and the garage and driveway were clean of any debris. I am so glad that I chose Chislett to do this work as they obviously care about the quality of their work and the satisfaction of their customers.

Chouinard Bros. installed a flat roof over my garage 5 years ago (new construction). During winter thaws and heavy rains, it leaks into the garage below. I called them to get an estimate to repair. Its been more than 1 month since their techs came out to look at the problem. So far, no written estimate of what is required and how much they intend to charge me to repair a leak which should not have occurred so early in the roofs lifetime. Customer service has been unhelpful in resolving this issue. Not only do they not stand behind their work, but they have no interest in even providing an estimate or attempting to repair the defects in the work they did. This is not what I would have expected from a company like Chouinard Bros. who call themselves the "trusted choice" and experts in flat roof installations. Very disappointed.

Purchased new Carrier A/C from Enercare in May 2021 with 10 year parts and 3 years labour warranty (as documented in contract). Now 1 year later, Enercare says it will only honour 1 year labour warranty despite written contract documents that state otherwise. Dishonest!

I would not go anywhere else for my windows.
