Chouinard Bros. installed a flat roof over my garage 5 years ago (new construction). During winter thaws and heavy rains, it leaks into the garage below. I called them to get an estimate to repair. Its been more than 1 month since their techs came out to look at the problem. So far, no written estimate of what is required and how much they intend to charge me to repair a leak which should not have occurred so early in the roofs lifetime. Customer service has been unhelpful in resolving this issue. Not only do they not stand behind their work, but they have no interest in even providing an estimate or attempting to repair the defects in the work they did. This is not what I would have expected from a company like Chouinard Bros. who call themselves the "trusted choice" and experts in flat roof installations. Very disappointed.

Purchased new Carrier A/C from Enercare in May 2021 with 10 year parts and 3 years labour warranty (as documented in contract). Now 1 year later, Enercare says it will only honour 1 year labour warranty despite written contract documents that state otherwise. Dishonest!

I’ve used Platinum 3 times over the last 10 years to replace windows in our house as and when they reach the end of their useful life. Everyone that I dealt with at Platinum is friendly, knowledgeable, responsive and professional. They clearly take pride in their work and in ensuring customer satisfaction. I would not go anywhere else for my windows.
